Terrible experience. I made my order almost one year ago and I have not received it. I send several emails and at the beginning the answer was to wait a for more days; and now they have not answered anymore.

I organized the purchase of 3 items of women,s clothing from Fashionana on the 9/6/19. 2 of the 3 items arrived in July
The third item is supposedly still coming. I have sent numerous
Emails to service @fashionana a different person replies each time
Saying there is a delay. I have asked for refund, they make no
Comment other than there is a delay . I asked for refund of $31.18
In $A dollars. I did not think other 2 items were worth what I paid

I love this store, they have items clothing etc that you cannot buy in stores.. So glad i found this site im giving it also to my daughters, they will love it

Terrible quality goods. Poor service. Avoid these people they are scammers.
Returns have to go to China although goods are shipped from within Australia.
Terrible, just terrible.

Wish I had read these reviews before I bought from them! Same story as everyone else – poor quality, bad fit, and they don't honour their refund obligations .Don't buy!!

Horrible! They have the worse products ever! I have ordered a winter coat and I received a summer jacket instead. Cheap Chinese Materials! It suppose to have fur ,but it's a seethru fur. It's a TRAP! Don't buy!

The jackets I ordered took about 2 months to arrive and also the quality was poor plus the fact that I also had to pay a hefty Customs Duty on them!

I ordered two jackets, only received one and the one they sent was the wrong color. They charged me for both and never responded to repeated inquiries. The one package I received was shipped directly from China, so returning it was not financially feasible.

I placed my order for a jacket that they had been advertising back in October. It is December and I still haven鈥檛 received my order. Every time I contact the company they tell me they will notify me once it has shipped. They have poor customer service with no shipment updates. They also don鈥檛 give refunds until you receive your items EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NOT EVEN SHIPPED! Do not buy from this company.

Beware of the 鈥淔ashionana鈥?store advertising on Facebook. They Do Not respond to Customer Service Requests. They just take the money and don鈥檛 care if they get your order correctly. I鈥檝e emailed them 5 times, NO RESPONSE!

There is NO phone number listed, probably an overseas company.

Beware!!!!
