We have explained that we are sorry that your item had a manufacturing fault and would process your refund as soon as you returned the item.
Our telephone number is correct so maybe you dialled an incorrect number……
Tho u recieved my returns and i had a confirmation email of u on 17 august yet still no refund !! It looks like it will now be through paypal resolution centre seeing as u havnt yet refunded me !!!, dont buy from this terrible company

I returned a parcel a few weeks ago and on 6th November I received an email to say it would be 7-10 working days before I received my refund. During this time, I鈥檝e tried to communicate with the brand via twitter (3 tweets) to ask where the refund is because although it says 7-10 working days, this obviously equates to over 2 weeks. I鈥檝e had zero response on Twitter, even though the brand has been tweeting pictures of their clothing. I resorted to sending an email to them, with which they replied saying my refund has now been processed and apologised for the delay – the email I then received after this was the SAME email i received on the 6th November, again saying that it will take 7-10 working days. Now if I have to wait this amount of time again, on top of the 2+ weeks I鈥檝e already waited, I鈥榣l be severely unimpressed. I sent back parcels to Boohoo, PLT, and AX Paris within the same time and although their website says within 14 days, I received my refund within 3-4 days. Yet with the fashion bible, today is the 10th working day and still no sign of my refund!! Shocking customer service, a very ignorant brand, and they clearly are reluctant to give you your money back. I鈥檇 highly suggest staying away from this company, unless you want all sorts of issues when it comes to returning items. May I also mention that you have to pay to return your items too. It鈥檚 not worth it guys!

I鈥檝e never ordered from the company before but I鈥檓 completely over the moon with the quality of the dress and swimsuit! Just a message really to say thank you and I鈥檒l definitely be ordering with you again. Amazing company ??????

Had stupidly forgot where i emailed my order (which email address) and of course it was a seperate one od no access to. Hit them a tweet and they had it sorted in no time ? thanks guys let you all know how the clothes go ??
