Multiple emails and photos of the wrong item sent and one that was sewn sloppy. The side seams were open. Service dept. plays dumb, claims they don't see problem despite photos and tries to give you coupons for future purchases! Months of aggravation! Initially paid extra for fast shipping- it took months to get here. Fashioncosy's Sites listed address is CHINA, but return address on mailed package is TOP EXPRESS 14709 182nd Street Springfield Gardens NY 11413. You need authorization for the return, which they won't give, and they don't/ won't clarify which address to send anything back to when you email them. Problems follow immediately after doing business with them. My order # is 14448. I am still trying to get service. These pictures are what was sent- months late. It was supposed to be a linen gray FLORAL shirt. They sent a polyester stripe different style, wrong fabric, wrong item. The 2nd item is a picture of an open side seam, and a sleeve opening so narrow you can't get your arm threw it. They claim they don't see or understand what's wrong with either because they don't want to issue a refund.

This outfit is a total scam. After ordering two dresses (delivered two months later), one was the wrong size and one I never ordered. I never recieved the second dress I ordered. It also took week to get a response. Here is what they said:
That is totally unacceptable. I have one garment that I cannot wear because it is the wrong size and I don't have the other garment that I ordered. I have NOTHING to show for a rather large expenditure. I want a full refund. NOW.

I certainly will never order anything from you again. So what would I want with a discount?

Items ordered in April. I ordered 3 items. I received 3 separate ship notifications and nothing has arrived. Shipment tracking info is useless. I'm filling a dispute through Pay Pal.
By the way – the website shows this company in London. It's not. It's in China.

This company is a re-branded company beware it's a scam, it is Pearlgo (bad news). Not based in London UK it's in Hong Kong. Fighting to get my money back via PayPal and my credit card company. I was told I have to wait out the 20 days promised for delivery then the credit card company can go into action. I canceled 10 minutes after I ordered once I got the email receipt with Pearlgo as the vendor.
