Fashionette – Designer Handbags Online

Ordered my bag on 3 January. I still haven鈥檛 received it and on calling the customer service line, I was told they couldn鈥檛 find my order number! I was told to contact the customer service team in writing and then just received a stock response (interestingly the same response that his been written to various trust pilot bad reviews below). I have no idea if I鈥檓 going to receive my bag and it appears as though Fashionette don鈥檛 know either. Really poor service, will not be ordering from this website again.

I am so much happy with my bag , i was so excited how was inside n outside and its perfect 馃槏 bag . The reason i gave five stat is Tq so much for making trustworthy and its my second purchase from here so in future i will keep purchasing .

Rude rude rude. Shame, had such a bad experience. I had to cancel an order but then tried to purchase it again before it sold out. Fashionette declined the transaction and said it was my bank. I called my bank and they said it鈥檚 definitely not them. Emailed back Fashionette and they didn鈥檛 respond. Emailed again (this all happened on the same day before they close) and they didn鈥檛 respond. The bag was 拢1500 so I鈥檝e taken my business elsewhere. This company could learn a thing or two about customer loyalty. Will never shop here again. Just wait for the big retailers as their sale prices are better than those of Fashionette.
You seriously can鈥檛 find my correspondence? If not, why did you assign ticket number | Ticket ID: 1109426 in response to my emails? Once again, great demonstration of appalling customer service.

I loved the many photos giving a clear picture of the size, features and colour of the bag. This gave me confidence to place the order. After ordering the delivery time was excellent considering I am in the UK.

Fashionette鈥?s one of my favourite sites..first time I found it..I thought it could be fraudulent cause the prices were too good but thank Gawd it鈥檚 not. The prices are excellent..delivery time is DUMB fast. If you ain鈥檛 shopping here..what are you doing with your life!!..WAKE UP and stay WOKE..don鈥檛 sleep on Fashionette! Hopefully they don鈥檛 change and become bougey (boujee) like some.

Fashionette was is quick and very responsive. I recieved my Ralph Lauren shoulder bag in three working days. I was kept informed of my order progress through every step of the way from order to receiving. I certainly would use Fashionette again and will be recommending.

All I can say is what exceptional service, delivery was on time and I was kept update on the status of my product. The Customer sevice was polite and professional. In all I've had a great experience. I will most certainly be shopping with fashionette from now on. Thanks guys!
