Updated * – I received my handbag this morning and despite issues with delivery the packaging was lovely and the product is perfect. I would say if you鈥檙e not in a hurry to receive the item as I was, it鈥檚 a very good option. UPS however remains a problem.
*DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use this site. Their delivery times are completely off. I paid for express delivery (two days) and have just been told it will be another 5 days before I receive the bag. It was meant to be a gift and now I have to go and purchase something else. Absolute rubbish

I received a wrong item instead of the bag I ordered.Now, after almost TWO MONTHS from that order, they even stopped answering my emails and my messages and I still haven't got a refund (nor the bag, nor even an explanation!)This is not how you should treat your customers!Worst online experience ever.I' m about to open a case with Paypal in order to get my rights.And if that's not enough, I' ll proceed by legal means!
