I have to agree with the last rating. Very slow to answer emails or respond to the uploaded documents. I called their customer service and finally got some help but that was after 2 weeks of waiting on a return email.

Worst customer service.
It requires to submit your business license, invoices, and other documents that are sensitive, but too slow to update my account.
Had emailed several times over three weeks but no responses so far. Even attempted to contact them via Facebook but no reply. Forget it, I am unsubscribing their service.

They make sure u get your order and if u have a complain they listern to u and fix it whit the vendor that why i like them they care about people

I'm a new online retairler and I've shopped a few different wholesale portals but this is by far my favorite. They are easier to navigate and have excellent processes and notifications. Just an overall very well set up portal.
Their vendors are still priced a little high, but if you shop around, you'll find a decend price most of the time. Finding the same vendors directly is very difficult so this is a great way for beginners to start buying and selling.
