Two months, no item and no refund after they agreed to one. This has been a similar issues with others on other scam reporting sites- please do your homework before using this site. It is based in China and the only phone number to contact them is direct to China which costs and the intentionally put you on hold. Their emails are all the same and in broken English. I believe this to be a buy and never ship type scam/company. You鈥檝e been warned.

It's going on two months and I haven't received my package. I requested my refund and I still haven't received that either. I guess I'll have to talk to my lawyer to get things moving faster. This is crazy and I'll never order again from this website

the absolute perfect color design and size highly recommend and it does not turn colors at all I use sanitizer and wash my hands with it on for 2 weeks still has that amazing shine to it !!!

This is the first time ordering online for jewelry. I was so glad about the beauty and quality of the ring. It's got a bit of weight to it as well. I most definitely will order more. Was not disappointed.

Great ring. I purchased it as a back up when my engagement ring needed to be sent away for repair. It looks very nice and no one even noticed that it wasn't real diamonds. Very good quality at an excellent price.

I love the jewelry and the price are great. That is why I have placed several orders. I can't wait to order again. It would be nicer if our order arrived earlier

I have loved everything I have bought except for one ring which was not the one I ordered I have asked for the one that I paid for and am happy to return the other one but no response to my emails very disappointing

I ordered two rings one set,one single,Rings came they are stunning and have had lots of compliments cuz they look so real however the ring I have been wearing a Crystal has came out and when I put tan on my skin had a green ring after wearing the ring,so for 拢10-20 they are worth the money but it is costume jewellery you get what you pay for definitely worth it

I ordered 2 beautiful rings July 23 and received them today (Aug 6)!! They are so beautiful and plan to order more!!!

I tried to purchase several items with my Venmo card which is from PayPal it kept declining it. I鈥檓 am not about to use my bank card to make any purchase from there.

It has been 2 months and I still haven鈥檛 received my package. Tracking update says processing at Usps. For the past month and a half . I disputed it with my bank. They then email me after not responding to any of my emails. Asking me to cancel my dispute. And they will refund me on their own. Hellllll no !!! Don鈥檛 even attempt to make a purchase, you鈥檒l be robbed.

Hii there placed an order for x2 rings on 5th of july still not been delivered cant get intouch lost my money…it was too goooood to be true 鈽?please peeps read reviews before purchasing as i made a great big mistake not checking reviews..hope this will help people from these fraudsters

Haven't received my ring although paid up front, of course. Item tracking states it's not been checked in, so they haven't even processed my order to get it shipped. What's the hold up???
No response from customer service when I reached out. I'm expecting a refund although doubtful I'll see that either.

If I could give no stars I would. It has been 45 days and I still haven鈥檛 received my package. Tracking updates every so often but says the same message 鈥減arcel processed at USPS processing center鈥?that鈥檚 been the last 5 messages on their tracking website. Customer service is absolutely no help and wouldn鈥檛 offer a refund. Instead they told me they sent another package, that鈥檚 been over a week ago now and no new tracking for this so called 鈥渞eplacement鈥? I would not recommend this company at all, pretty pictures on the website it鈥檚 just a shame I won鈥檛 receive what I ordered. 🙁

Paid for item and didn't receive it

Paid for a ring from a Facebook ad and never received it. They said they would credit me 3.00 but I paid 13.99

Delivery 3 weeks. The chain with the pendant came well. In such a package never jewelry came. Sample is worth, look quality.
