Sent me items that are NOT what they seemed to be. will not return my emails, calls. or refund my money.

I just received my wife's Christmas coat two months after I ordered it. A total waste of money complete garbage . I won't even give it to Good Will !! It's falling apart . We did get a laugh out of the worst present my Wife has ever been given ever . The name of the company should be FASHIONFAKA, cheap chinese crap !!!!!!!!!!! '

This company deserves -1000 stars for scamming people out of their money! I spent my last $100 a month before Christmas to make sure the only gift I could give my 16yr old and 11yr old daughter would not only arrive on time but that it was something they would love and is unique to their taste and style. I was so wrong! Neither coat was as what the picture nor description displayed. A complete lie! Me and my children are heartbroken. I list alot of money and their Hope's were shattered! I waited 2 months to receive 2 thin jackets that cant even fit the average 5yr old! I went to visit the web and it's no longer there! Straight scam Fashionlaka!

Scam!! Took 2 months and didn't send me what I ordered. They sent me some ugly jacket…. I tried to contact them and now they don't speak English. RIP OFF!!!!

if I could give zero stars I would. absolutely no way to get ahold of them. they are a complete scam. spend 70 bux.. I'm a single mom of two. 3 months later still no coat. if tried to contact them so many times. they beat around the Bush and now their email is not working. no number to call. please dont order from them. this is a scam I promise. dont believe me message me on Facebook cherie nicole prender

WORDS CAN'T EXPRESS HOW ANGRY I AM TO HAVE ORDERED SUCH AN EXPENSIVE COAT FOR MYSELF AT THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER BECAUSE I WALK EVERYDAY AND TAKE BUSES TO GET TO AND FROM PLACES AND YET STILL NO COAT AND WE'RE ALMOST IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY !! I'VE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS, GOT ONE RESPONSE THAT MY ORDER WAS ON IT'S WAY AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING !! I DEMAND A REFUND !!

I tried to order jacket in December before christmas and still never got it I would like to have a refund and your contact information and put it all over Facebook. And never order from you guys again and that is very irresponsible of you guys. They are scams that will delete your comments, and never give you your refunds, they will steal your money and rob you. Fashionlaka i hope you are happy cause this is the thankz I get from you and the worst costumer serive EVER.

Absolutely awful quality!!! On top of it it was supposed to be a womans M looks more like a mans Lg. This was my daughters christmas gift. Waited 50+days for it and this is what we get. I 1000% do not recomend. Very poorly made. I would like to post pictures but looks like you cant. All the stitching is frayed. Most likelyI will fall apart first wash. I WANT A REFUND!!!

I ordered a jacket 2 months ago. No response, no phone number, no refunds. What should I do?

Terrible quality the picture vs. the package I got with this blue camo jacket was so thin and not bulky fur like in the picture as advertised!!be aware people don鈥檛 spend your money with this company!!!

this company is ripping everybody off – my girlfriend and I ordered coats in October/November so that we could receive way before Christmas to give them as gifts and I have not recieved anything. I have been requesting a refund and nothing.

I am now checking the Better Business Bureau to see how I can report them and get them off of FaceBook.

If anyone file a class suit on them for fraud include me in!!!!!!

Terrible company!! I ordered a jacket the first week of December, still don't have it. I have requested several times to cancel my order and nobody responds. Wish i read reviews first! Keep the jacket..give me my money back!!

I'm so upset. I ordered a jacket for my daughter dec 5th. 65.00 and no coat. I have tried to contact them multiple times with no answer. Horrible company. Never again.

I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I ordered. The product (coat) I ordered is not true to the appearance on line. The coat is more of a lightweight jacket. No faux fur around the hood and very cheap looking. I ordered way in advance for my order to arrive before Christmas. I didn't get it until 2 weeks after. I wouldn't be surprised if the company wrote their own GOOD reviews. I am very disappointed.

I am pist. I ordered an expensive jacket for my sister for Christmas and it鈥檚 been over a month, still no delivery. No updates from them. Nothing. I spent $60!!!!!! Tried tracking it and it says no tracking available. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PIECE OF SH** COMPANY!!!!

Absolutely horrendous 鈥榗ompany鈥?ordered a coat only to be told nearly a month after ordering and paying that it was out of stock and they won鈥檛 refund the full amount because they have paid warehouse and packaging fees? The coat is apparently out of stock so how they have paid warehouse and packaging fees I don鈥檛 know! Do not order and get scammed by these awful people.

The coat I ordered Hooded Long Sleeve Warm Down Coat it arrived looked nothing like the coat that I looked at and ordered from the website. You can't put your hands in the pocket they are sewn together, thread was coming off the seams when my coat arrived package, I emailed them 5 times over a 2 week period before I got a response. I waited so long for a coat I hate I want a full refund.

False advertising coats

I ordered what was supposed to be a coat and boots, I decided to cancel after no coat within 4 weeks, they sent the item anyway. The items was a jacket and it wasn't what was advertised. I requested a refund but am being told to keep the unwanted item and they would give a 20% discount. I refused, I want a full refund and their reply is that I keep the item and get a 25% refund. They also claim that the address on the package is not where the return should go but they won't give correct address to where I need to return item. Still asking for a refund for boots as well, that item has not been shipped but they ignore my request for refund and blocked me and other paying customers from their Facebook page.

Do not order from here, this is a piece of crap company. Still waiting for my order it's been three weeks. No updates, they don't respond to emails or on Facebook.

They charged my credit card and never sent my item

The company claims to sell jackets and clothes. They charged my credit card and said my jacket would be shipped in no later than 15 days. It has been a month. I have not received. They delete any comment I or anybody writes on their Facebook because nobody has received their jackets. They wont answer when I inquire about it. They wont gice me a refund. They robbed me.

Fake !!! And a scam I am so livid I ordered a coat here and ain鈥檛 get nothing not even my money back !!!! nor do they respond to emails smh !!!!! Livid !

When you order they give a very good delivery timeframe… once this timeframe passes you try and contact them via email, Facebook and messenger and they don鈥檛 reply.

I actually called the tracking company that they provided the tracking number for and they had no record of it.
Tracking company also said that they have had a number of people ringing about this site (more than normal for this kind of product

I am not yet saying that this is a scam however they have extremely bad customer service and I would like a genuine way of contacting them.

I will not order from them again.

Also, if you find jackets that you like on this site, look online for them, they are not exclusive to them (Some can actually be found on Amazon for similar price)
