Do not buy from this site. I returned three items for a different size and never received any of them. Scam!

I ordered a few dresses for my daughter's wedding. They charged my AMEX right away but they shipped them in 2 different shipments that took many weeks to arrive. The dresses were so cheap and not at all what was on the website. I followed the instructions to return them immediately. They strung me along for MONTHS. I tried to get a refund from AMEX but it was past the time to do anything about it, which I think is their entire plan. I initiated each email asking for my refund based on their return policy with no resolutions. After months of emails they told me that it was past the date for a refund and they could only give me a credit. HORRIBLE customer service! Don't waste your time, money and nerves on this company. They are a complete SCAM.

Buyer Beware!! Dodgy and completely untrustworthy. Bought a selection of items and nothing was like the picture and quality is less than budget range. Returned everything and 2 months later, and several emails, am still waiting. ?

I looked at the reviews before purchasing and they all had 5stars . I placed my order for 165dollars. I received part of my order and still waiting for the back order going on 3mos now and haven鈥檛 gotten a thing so i keep following up and customer service never want to address my order. As a matter of fact they insist I鈥檝e received it and clearly I didn鈥檛 so no avail I ask for a refund and they said they鈥檒l refund me 27 dollars for item that I paid for $33.99 . Legit scam site the clothing they show is not what the materials and it鈥檚 nowhere close to the pictures. So please if you don鈥檛 want to get scam do not order from monamc.com , not worth the trouble. Fake reviews, clothing is not worth the price. I have to donate everything that I received.

I ordered a lace dress with lining and belt. I recieved a see-through piece of cloth without anything else. HORRIBLE

Ordered a shirt. Tracking information said it was supposedly shipped. Though I never received it!! I feel completely ripped off!! I think this is a complete scam!! Don't give these people any of your money!!

I ordered a dress. I had to email the company for a receipt and tracking number. When I received my dress, I did not like the fit. I began contacting the company for a return. Returns are to China! Not worth my money to ship the dress back, so I guess I'll be donating it to Goodwill. Don't waste your money on ordering from this site!

I am not satisfied with the quality of product neither with the Customer service team communication
It took a long time to received all items from my order, all items are bad quality and not matching the description. I asked for a full refund, they didn't process it. I would do a legal action

I paid a few hundred dollars and the clothes were crap! And I sent it back for a refund and NOTHING! I would like to take legal action on this company as it has wronged many people.

The top was supposed to be made of linen but it was 100% polyester in an awful colour

I live in Australia and have previously purchased a dress from Hotcoth. It hasn't been shipped and it has been a month. I have sent multiple emails and have heard nothing back. Upon entering the website again it has changed names to detail click. It seems to have changed names a number of times which could suggest the lack of bad reviews when searching the new names. Don't buy, definitely a scam.

Never bought from this company. It is a SCAM! They claimed that they have sent the item, but they never sent.

Another one burned. Order still unfulfilled. No response. Stay away and avoid their offers.

i have shopped on jojoruby site and i have made the payment too already. But then i did not receive any mail yet nor did i get any message on my number.I have tried to contact them around 5-6 times but then they are still not ready to solve my problem. I would suggest not to shop in this site. It was around 6734.43 amount and they are not even refunding it. please be careful guys

its a terrible company i order 2 items since december 2018 i didnt receive them and 6 months later afrer 50 emails they ask me to pay the shippement to resend it again. its should me free for the inconvegance. son i ask my money back and they keep asking for payement the resend..
Thay company its not seriouse they stol money from clients and the size is never good ether the quality. Its june now 2019 and i still ask for refund but without succes

Very disappointed! Ordered almost $180 of cute clothes, necklaces, shoes on 5/8/2019. Refunded $6.99 on 5/24/19 after l emailed on 5/8/19 that discount wasn't applied to purchase. Also refunded $174.92 on 5/24/19.l would have preferred receiving my order in a timely manner with updates being given more frequently on when order would be shipped. No communication (email or text)was received after 5/22/19 from the company as to the fact that they were cancelling order as of today, 6/1/19.

In this store is very beautiful clothes, some more than others, it was difficult to choose my clothes because there was a lot of variety, I could not buy much because it was short of money, but I promise to go again to buy more.

The staff that attends the store is very kind and attentive, they helped me to select the best clothes for me and they advised me in that the size was the exact one for my body, really that I am very pleased with the attention.

Watch out for Jaskini.com! I suspect Jaskini is just another iteration of a FashionME website. I'm having the exact same experience as every other bad review posted here, and the item selection appears to be the same across all the aforementioned FashionMe websites. Jaskini falsely advertises delivery times and does not post customer reviews! I suspect all the reviews on their website to be fake. Jaskini advertises that items to the US arrive within 22 days of purchase (3-7 days to process + 10-15 days to ship.) One item that I ordered 24 days ago is still processing while the other two took 18 days to process and seem to be in the process of shipment, though they have been in Ontario, Canada (customs?) for five days now. I have been corresponding with Jaskini for over a week now and their customer service has failed to 1. Update my shipping address for the order that is still processing (I won't be in the same state anymore by the time it ships!), and 2. Agree or even acknowledge my request that they pay for express shipping for the final unshipped item (They have offered a $5 coupon if I cancel and replace the order with the updated shipping address, but the $5 coupon would not cover the cost of standard shipping, let alone express shipping, so they would actually make another $2.95 off me!) Unbelievable.

I placed an order and needed to return or exchange the order. The product is of poor quality and poor fit but I was willing to try another product if it would be better. When I filled out the communication page on their site and tried to send it I received an error notice and it wouldn鈥檛 send. I have reached out to Loyscribe many times with no response. I found our Fashion me is the parent company so I reached out to them. No response as of yet.
I am very disappointed with the product and their communication.

I really liked a dress I bought to wear at a work party, many colleagues said that I looked very beautiful that made me feel very good, they all said that I looked beautiful and I really felt that way.
