To be clear I signed up first for their trendsetter plan which is I believe three items and two accessory's I will I did the thing to add on to more pieces of clothes for like $24 well I never received my first package I only received the two add-ons the following month they charge me for $109 for the trendsetter plan which I was supposed to credit for those clothes that I never received which I haven't been I decided to upgrade want to leave so I can least get one piece of clothing that I wanted because I've paid so much into this company already I figured maybe just get one thing because I've already spent so much well know this lady Lola tells me that I need to send back the clothes that I don't have to get a refund so I guess I'm gonna have to get a lawyer and deal with it that way

I love using FashionPass! I always wanted trendy outfits, but would spend hundreds on outfits that just ended up sitting in my closet after I took pics in them. Now I pay even less and get to wear even more different looks. I began using FashionPass when I had a bunch of weddings coming up but didn't want to pay tons of money for different dresses – and I've been using it ever since!

FashionPass has a great selection of clothing and reasonable membership prices. The customer service is by far unmatched and beyond helpful and responsive. I find options for every occasion and their site makes It easy to find exactly what I'm looking for. Everyone is sick of hearing me talking about FP!

Investing in FashionPass has been one of the best decisions I have made. They have a wide variety of clothing options for all ages, sizes and occasions. Their website makes the selection process a breeze and their customer service team is always readily available to assist with any questions or concerns. The thought of renting clothes was not appealing to me at first, but after receiving multiple clothing items they are always in the most pristine condition. I'm obsessed with this service! It's actually saving me money because I would shop for super trendy things but only wear them once or twice. Such a great idea and helps make a positive difference with eliminating some of the environmental effects fast fashion can have.

I'm so happy a friend recommend FashionPass! I've been renting for almost four months now and i'm completely hooked. It's very similar to RTR but you get more bang for you buck – I'm talking unlimited orders in any given month! They have all the "on trend" brands and offer a significant discount if you choose to keep an item (guilty as charged). I highly recommend FashionPass to anyone.

I love this service! Seriously, I have tried my fair share of clothing subscription services and this one kills it by far. The clothes arrive so quickly and they are so good about giving you credit towards your monthly billing for reviews etc, which I love because it's nice to see what other girls think about the items. They are also super friendly and responsive if you have any questions!

This company is the BEST. The customer service is top-notch…I have been a member for about 2 years now and I have never had a problem or hiccup. Everything runs so smoothly (probably because it's owned by a BOSS LADY!) The clothing is on trend and new items added weekly. This has saved me tons of money on my wardrobe. In sum, Fashionpass is my favorite thing ever!

FashionPass is everything I hoped it would be, and more. The value is unbeatable, as well as the customer service. I love that I can basically have a whole new wardrobe every weekend! FashionPass is as amazing as you think it might be. I have been renting for 2 months now and I'm absolutely hooked. The clothes are kept current, on trend, and of amazing quality.

My favorite thing about FashionPass thus far has been its incredible customer service. I had a few instances where shipping/delivery were an issue on my apartments behalf and the customer service representative was MORE than patient, empathetic, and helpful. The fantastic experience I had with the customer service will likely keep me a FashionPass fan for life.

FashionPass was truly the best thing to happen to me in 2019. At first I was skeptical about the concept and how things would fit/the condition the clothes would be when they actually came but I still to this day have not been disappointed. I am able to constantly wear new things on my days off work as well as things I would have previously loved but wouldn't spend the money on for a "one time wear". The price is super affordable and with the $2 credit i get for each review and picture posted I don't even notice the monthly withdraw!

Having a new outfit every weekend is a dream. A friend recommended fashionpass and I have been a member for a little over a month now. The best part is not worrying about not having something to wear and not wearing the same thing twice. Obsessed!

This is such a great clothing rental company! The items are always in amazing quality and on trend! For someone who doesn鈥檛 like to repeat outfits often, or has a lot of events to attend, this concept will save you a TON of money. That is, if you can resist from keeping the items that you rent!

I am obsessed with this company I cannot say enough good things! I originally signed up since I was getting married and had a lot of events coming up that I didn't want to buy a ton of outfits I would wear just once. This changed my life! Not only are you able to rotate outfits weekly but the selection is so fun! The brands are ones that I normally wouldn't purchase a ton of since they are high end. The price is great and delivery/return is VERY fast. I paused my account after I got married but recently started up again because I loved it so much. They also provide many ways to earn FashionPass cash to use towards expedited shipping etc. I HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for ways to expand your closet without breaking the bank. My husband recently asked if they had FashionPass for men since he sees how great it is to rent vs. buy! (maybe a new idea???). Anyways, I am a huge fan and always get excited to see my new items arrive.
