I sent them my purse, it's long been sold, and they refuse to pay me. Their system logs every address you've ever had and they mailed the check to the wrong address. Their customer service rep (Corbin) seems to be a fake alias since he doesn't exists on LinkedIn or in any records. After many back and forth emails they still won't mail me a check siting they are unsure of where I live (even though I've had three bags shipped to me at this address). I'm so disappointed in the way they're handled this matter and the disrespect they have for customers. I will never shop here again or refer any more of my friends. Furthermore I've had to escalate the issue just to get paid for a bag I sent them. It's basically robbery at this point. Do not sell your stuff to them!

Took bracelet in for a $1000 sell, was told it had to be sent out for further authentication. Waited two weeks, to be told that there was engraving and marks that didn't match Tiffany's product, and had to pay $75 to get it back.

I sent in two items, both of which I truly believed were authentic. One I purchased myself, which I 100% knew was authentic, and one was a gift from a family member, which I also honestly believed was authentic. After the company received my items, they deemed one item as inauthentic. Of course they should not pay me anything for this item, and I should have to pay for the item to be sent back to me if I want it. However, they took SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS out of what they owed me for authentic item as a "Return Fee" for the inauthentic item. Yes, this is indeed hidden within the contract, but seller beware! Definitely do not send in two items at a time!

I am highly dissatisfied with the buying policies and processes. My bag is an authentic Gucci, that I shipped for around $50, to then be told it is not real and have to pay $75. That is ridiculous. Firstly, if you are buying something from me you should pay for shipping and secondly, you can not just then charge a fee cause you deem it inauthentic when it is not. This is a scam. I am highly disappointed with your process and would not be recommending this site to anyone.

I would like to give Fashionphile 5-stars for quality merchandise BUT a minus 1 on customer-service Does anyone actually work there? I have requested help via E-mail, and by phone–but haven't been successful in a response from either one. All I wanted was to confirm where a particular handbag (Mulberry Bayswater) was made–before committing to purchase. I felt it was a simple enough request, especially considering the photos of the particular bag neglected to show the tag listing the country of manufacture–I do not want a bag made in Turkey–or, heaven forbid–China (where some vintage Bayswater's have–alas–been from).
I have purchased quite a few bags since becoming a customer of Fashionphile–and been happy with them and hope to continue feeding my "passion" for collecting vintage handbags..
I've tried calling Fashionphile at various times only to be told my "wait time" was anywhere from 8-minutes (it increased steadily until I hung up) up to over 100-minutes–Come on, now!

This is not a 20- or 30-something female, but an elderly lady, who understands "malarkey" when she hears it.

IF you can manage to answer your calls in a timely and pleasant manner, You will have a much better business in my opinion.

With in 9 months I brought 11 bags from Fashionphile 馃槏馃ぃ馃ぃ The return policy makes it easy to purchase as you know you always can return it if the bag is not right for you. Every time I received the a bag it look exactly same as pictures and descriptions. Highly recommended 馃コ

I love, love , love FASHIONPHILE!!!! I have purchased countless times now with FP and have always had a great experience. Easy website to navigate to find what you鈥檙e looking for. Great description for the condition of items and accurate. I really do appreciate the return policy which is one of the reasons why I stick to FASHIONPHILE. Though you purchase pre loved items, the packaging when your shipment arrives is fun and makes it few new.

The only negative would be is that sometimes we miss out on a flash sale and we鈥檝e already done a layaway or purchase you folks will not honour it. We are told to cancel the layaway and repurchase which makes no sense at all as we are losing money. Especially with us long time regular members something like this should be honoured.

I purchased a Chanel bag and the ad said it was coming with the authenticity card however I didn鈥檛 receive any and when I called customer support I was put on hold for the longest time until the call dropped and was left with no answer- I also sent an email to FASHIONPHILE about it and never got a reply. I have been a customer for years and never had a problem until the acquisition by Neiman Marcus; it鈥檚 only going downhill since then.
