I made payment and they don't send me the goods, it is not only for me, it is many people here…… it is a defraud websit, they still own me the order invoice 6544/2012 EUR760 + invoice 4611/2013 EUR 341……..You can see, it is 2012 & 2013… I sent many many emails……. but ……………anyone can report to police…………is it same as the Nigerian Scam?…………..Why the fashionqueen people didn't reply?

I have ordered from Fashionqueen.net before. I`ve received all orders, although not in 10 days as they promise.
Last time I ordered in 1.August and after one and half months I still haven麓t received the purchaise (order 47094).
They took the money from my credit card before sending the order!
They dont`t answer to the e-mails – whatever address I send them.
So, they had my trust and then finally they just took my money!

I've made my order and proceed with purchase on February 20, 2013. Amount – 635,86 EURO. Until today I didn't receive my refund, though I canceled my order on March 22, the same day, when Store Manager, suggested me to cancel it, because of the absence of the item I purchased. Prior to this I just reveied delays notifications…Then, on May 7, when I again asked where are my money, they told me that they forgot to cancel my order and that only on May 7 refund was started. But until now, even 1 year passed I didn't receive my money. They stop answering my emails after May 7 neither customer service, nor refund office and cant even count how many emails I sent, cause I did it almost on a daily basis!!! Correct me if I am wrong, 1 year is more than enough to get a refund!!!

I placed my order 42409 on 28.7.2013 – since that time pure crap goes on from them: sorry, tomorrow, we check, another department delay etc…… DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY, THESE BUSTARDS WILL STEAL THEM!!! I ask all people who suffered from these stickers, especially who live in Italy: 1. Why do not you go to police? 2. Why do not you send letters and go to Visura Camerale di Verona where this lousy guys are registered? 3. Why you do not share everywhere you are able to essential information – how they deceive people? Frankly I cannot believe how in Italy such a scum 'company' could live? I will send letters to their Embassy in my country and in Italy, in Chamber of Commerce and I will place information about them in all the sites that relate to e-commerce experience. AGAIN – THIS COMPANY STEALS MONEY! DO NOT REPEAT MISTAKES OF OTHERS LOOSING MONEY !!!

I placed my order on 24th of November 2012 , as it was not arriving when it was planned , I cancelled it on 5th of December 2012. (More than 10 monts ago).
I sent 脿 lot of emails and sometimes , I was getting an answer but message informing me that " we turn immediately your request to our manager to solicit the closing of your practice" was received on 29th of January and last one telling :" be patient 脿 couple of days until the weekend we will issue the refund with the credit card" was received on 5th of March.
I've been patient , I've been polite , but now I just want my money back (669 euros).
I know that my order ID is the right one as I got answer about my request.
I still have all the messages I sent and also all profs that my emails were delivered and received .
I can understand that the shop only order items when money is received and that all comptant can have money problem but I left enough of time.
I even received excuses from Stefano 6months ago, but now I'm really fed up waiting and fighting to get my money back, and ask for the last time : please refund within the end of the week.

I pay my shoes in 5/5/13 , in august i haven' t notice. After many qustions they say to me i have required refound. I choosed a coupon, i' m waiting an answers since then how to' used it !!!!!!

I make some orders(orders number 2608, 2280, 1923, 1109) and only some the cheapest things was come to me and another didn't!!! They said that purchase didn't in stock so they make a refund and they returns me only a small part of refund amount, for another money I wait longer than 5 months and thay don't answear for my emails! It's not good way to treat their costumers!!! I wait for my money or report a scam!!! Ewa Gawkowska

I have posted the review below and specifically asked Fashion Queen to refund my money and their answer is we will send your bag within 30 day!!!! Hellooooo I am asking for my money I am telling you I don not want the bag.Clearly they do not read our comments!!!!!!!!! (Below is my previous comment and their answer)
I have purchased couple of items (still not got any of them)and meanwhile I have cancel one of the bag(before they even ship it) Invoice Number 4279/2013 and I have send them an email every day but unfortunately they don't acknowledge my email. All I am asking is from them is to refund my money I don't understand it took them 1 minute to take the money from my account but how come they don't refund my money at the same speed surely this is illegal. I have contacted my bank and they are looking in to it . What I think about fashionqueen is they keep people's money and working with it and that is why they can afford to sell their products cheaper with the interests from our money..
Whoever is responsible I WANT MY MONEY BACK before I cancel the whole orders(Saying that they don't care) I wish I read all theses review before I order if I did I would never ever deal with them. To all the people in my situation we should all look into it together and inform Italian authority .

I bought a Mulberry bag on 11Mar13 and you debited EUR441.14 from my credit card. You failed to delivery the bag to me after over 1.5 month of purchase, even I sent many requests to you.

I asked for refund on 03May13 and you would do so within 2-3 working days. I have asked for refund up till now. However, you either did not response to my email reminders or just promised to refund but did nothing,

You charge money from customer from day of purchase, know to keep on sending emails to the customers and induce them to buy from your website. BUY you delayed to pay refund for 6 months!

I made my order 鈩?346 on 4 June 2013. I've been writing letters each weekly! And every week they write to me "your order will be shipped next week". And so on without end! Shop was writing all the time that suffers delay from the supplier. I was desperate to get my order, but on 20 August 2013 I finally get the parcel, more then after 2 month waiting!

I ordered Jimmy Choo's sandals at the super price! I received a parcel in which else the small gift (bracelet) lay, it was very pleasant to me. thanks! I will buy here still. I put 4 stars, instead of 5 only because in an invoice the cost of delivery wasn't specified in the separate line separately, total amount was written. under laws of our country I have to pay 30% from goods cost, but I paid more because paid also 30% from the delivery sum.

First two times I shoped with them they were fast, the products were good and I had good price. So, they asked me to give a good review to their company here. I did. After I had somee trust and kept buying from then and they NEVER sent me the products. I have lost around 3 thousand euros with them. Some orders, like the 3421/2013 was made almost 6 months ago. Others had many itens, but they just sent me the cheapest product and no explainations. For this they have good prices, because must of the orders made are never recieved. This is how they play. Those are the numbers f my other non recieved orders:

They were never sent or they just sent me the cheapest iten. Please, dont spend your money with them, its like lotto, you are never sure you gonna recieve what you bought.

I ordered a product on 1st May 2013 ( order number 36682) and until now it has not been sent. Fooled me for one month that will send my the order and of course they have not sent it.Every day I request them to cancel my order and refund me my money but I'm ignored It is very hard to communicate with them because they do not respond to the message. It is very easy to know that the site is not reliable because they withdraw the money from your account before the dispatch of your order.
Up to dispatch the order amount must be only blocked the account.
I think I must get used to the idea that they will never refund my money.
Anyway I will make complaint to the police is my last chance.

I have made the order on 25-Jan and paid 29-Jan for it, it was Yves Saint Laurent boots for 500euro
Before making the order I received the answer that the boots I need in stock, so I have placed the order…
my story:
12-feb: received a reply that the are still waiting my order from supplier,
20-feb: received a reply that my order will be shipped this week,
22-feb: will send your order next week,
28-feb: thought that it would be the end "Yes. they confirm us this morning. the order will ship out on Wednesday 07-03",
11-mar: I was told that the order will be shipped on 13-mar
15-mar: the date of shipment is fixed on 19-mar,
21-mar: "Dear customer, We move immediately a control"

asked to return money…
26-mar: "We have made check" – that is all message
26-28mar: no answer
28-mar: Dear Artem,
to get refund, have you written to our account office?
to further info about it write to [email protected]

from this date I did not receive any answers…
so I have sent you details for refund: visa credit card and bank details…put my question here: WHEN will you return money??????????????

I am extremely disappointed by the service offered by FASHIONQUEEN.NET.
I had to send almost 75 e-mails to arrange a full refund of an item I never received because it was of bad quality and they decided not to send it to me.
I put the order on 22 January 2013 and only today (08 May 2013) I got my money back.
I would never recommend this site to a friend or relative of mine and I will never buy anything from them even if it is for FREE!!!!!!
