Ordered 3 pairs of boots. After waiting weeks for them, I cancelled one of the pairs. I finally contacted my credit card company about them after not receiving the other two pairs weeks after that. In the meantime, they came in. Damaged!. At this point, I wanted to return them for a full refund and be done with this company. They said it would be too expensive for them. They are in CHINA. Kept offering discounts. I did not want the boots. My credit card company was of no help. Fasionscent recharged my card the last day my complaint was in effect. They said I never contacted them. I had copies of numerous emails I had sent to them. The credit card company didn't care and said my dispute time was up. So now I have boots with broken heels and another pair with buttons falling off that I have to pay more money to fix. The company NEVER gave me any discount for the damages.

I ordered the Women Kelsey Zippered Boot on December 13th for a Christmas gift & they arrived on January 17th. The were the cheapest plastic footwear I have ever seen. There were no return authorization forms inside the plastic bag they were shipped in & no way to contact them. Since this was a Christmas gift, my daughter had returned home so when I gave them to her on February 24th, she said, "Those are pathetic & aren't even close to the standard size 8 so please return them." I sent an email & got a response that the boots were delivered on 12/28 & there was a 15 day return policy. I will be contacting my credit card company to report this scam company.

Bought boots and omg when i recieved them rhey stank of glue and it was thin spongy soles on tbem not thick leather as on picture. I have been utterly conned. Cant return them as i missed 2 week dead line. So please keep your money if you are sensible enough!!!

Ordered a pair of boots advertised as leather, in September. Did not receive until mid December. Contacted them via email, and was told each time they had been mailed. When I did receive them, of course they were cheap Chinese made, not leather, and no return. According to their policy, it was beyond the return date. How can something be returned when there isn't any paperwork included in the shipment. This is a rip off company that needs to be stopped!!!! SCAM!

$50 boots finally came after many months but they are awful, they stink like a glue factory and I cannot wear them as the boots do not bend well when walking, I want to send them back immediately and get a refund, but it looks like it cost more to send back, but I'm going to investigate.

I ordered on Oct. 16. I was having foot surgery on Nov. 16, so I had PLENTY of time to try out these boots.

They were not delivered until Dec. 3!!!! Then I had open stomach surgery on Dec 10, hospitalized for 6 days, then I could not try on the shoes or return them in the 15 day period.

This company is a fraud!

I requested info as to when they would be delivered so I could cancel the order. It was too late, they were on their way.

HORRIBLE customer service. FRAUDS!

As I review the site, the only real issue here is that they do not say where they are shipping the product from. And you know, Paypal only gives you so much information and so many days to dispute your charge. Shipping can take up to 30 days. Really? Check out the Facebook page. Most of the posting are Indian. I would not recommend this website.

it took over two months to get my order. When I got them they looked nothing like the picture. And they were too small, the company's fault. However they want me to pay for the return and they are in China!. Now they are offering me 30% refund and keep the boots. Why would I want to keep boots that don't fit? This company is awful do not order or you will completely lose your money

Like someone else posted, I ordered boots in *September*. I got an apology for the delay and a promise of 10% refund *after I receive them and keep them*, but without any updated shipping information. It's been two weeks since then and no boots. I have asked for a refund. I have not heard back yet. I didn't expect the quality to be great but it's been nearly two months now. I have to wonder if they are another variant of a retailer I see advertising on FB where the dress is clearly from another (reputable) vendor and not their own, and they are also falsely advertising boots from an Etsy retailer. As in, they don't really have the boots they claimed. Skip this one. The prices are not at all worth the aggravation.

I ordered boots from them in October have not received them ask for a refund havent received that either. They are not in the US stay away from this company

After waiting almost 3 months for my boots they finally came, CUT IN HALF! I contacted them and was told I was responsible for return shipping and would only get a 15% refund.

It took MONTHS to receive my boots. When they finally came, they had a terrible odor like strong glue. They were not in a box and just doubled over and put in a plastic bag. They were NOT leather although they were still pretty cute. The first day I tried to wear them, the button popped off and could not be put back on. There is no way to contact these people. The email I used when inquiring about my order does not work anymore. I don't even know how to get my money back at this point. Lesson learned!

Took months to receive my boots and months later they were so cheap. Tried to find a way to send then back, but can't find an address, email bounces back. Do not order from this site. Lesson learned.

I order my boots and paid for them it's been over 3 months, no communication what so ever from them, this is a scam, will report to pay pal and others, do not order from these sites, it takes a very long time IF you do get your item, but extremely poor quality, very poor service, and no way to contact !!! Don't do it .

Finally received my boots after 2 months and they were not even in a box just thrown in a bag so the ankle of the boots have creases hopefully they will straighten up. Would never order again. They offered a 4% refund really that doesn't even cover the taxes.

I ordered a pair of boots and a coat and have not received them it has been a month and a half now. I sent them an email they said they would be on there way, they have not yet arrived. starting to get frustrated sent them two more emails no reply..

All the photos that depict the "Martin cowboy boot" are of a real pair of leather boots. M not saying they had to make them in leather, but the photos vs. What you receive are utter fakes. Looks like plastic. They cost 50.0050.00, but the bait and switch thing from China is getting really old. They ultimately make you responsible for return cost. To China ,that would be more than I paid for the boots. It's the perfect Chinese scam have fallen victim to before. Prom girl and all the other companies that do business this way.

Ordered two (2) pair cute boots!!! Never received. No way to contact anyone for my money or boots. They were PAID for!! Where my money? Where my boots? What a RIP off. This is so illegal! I gonna find a way to get my money back. I go through Pay Pal or my credit card company. Somebody gonna find these people! Criminals!

They have a lot of good quality products and ship to Thailand very fast. I would recommend this website to my friends

I have some size issue when I place my order, their customer service department was very nice and help me revise the size in time.Thumbs up for customer service.

I am a loyal customer of this family, and I am anxiously waiting every time, but compared with the past, logistics is much faster, I hope to work harder.

After more than 6 weeks, items arrived separately. Inferior products from what is pictured and described. Laughable to think that the boots would come anywhere close to the crossed out price in the ad as they weigh only 1.8 pounds for the pair and are very artificial in appearance. Shirt material was nothing like that which was pictured. Do not recommend this seller.

Ordered Leather boots Oct. 1st. and never received. Boots are STILL being advertised on Facebook but Fashionsent told me they were out of stock. Now the Ad calls them "artificial" leather boots and are marketed by 3 or 4 other sites such as Chicforu. I turned them in to Facebook but they told me this doesn't match their criteria as a problem.. Thieves..

Ordered boots in October..just received bank statement – they received my check October 16 2018 but I have yet to see the boots I ordered.
