Got my dress after several weeks. Quality was VERY poor. I went to return it and found NO order number on my paperwork. At this point I dont even feel like taking additional time to return it and probably NOT get my money back! I will badmouth this company every chance I get.

Good quality. Best fabric I love that dresses. I want buy more. I love it .
Plus is very good attention in customer service is very great.

I followed all steps in retuning two dresses. The sizing was all wrong. Not American.
I paid for the return (25.00) and tracked the package. Once it arrived, the company no longer answered my email requesting refund (as indicated in their policy on website).
Do NOT ever shop at Dress Sure. Chinese company is worthless.

Total SCAM! Way too small. Out if CHINA! Won't refund your money because they make you jump through hoops to expensive to bother! DO NOT USE THIS SHAM IF A COMPANY & PAYPAL should not do business with them either!

Sure Dress promotes their merchandise on popular sites such as Instagram and Pinterest. It seems like it's a legitimate place to shop from, but it has been more than a month that i ordered and nothing has arrived. They provide you with a phony tracking number that cannot be tracked and when trying to contact them, they reply with what seems a genetic message assuring your package is on the way. There is no way of talking to a live person. Please stay away from this site and shop elsewhere

I am glad to hear of some good experiences US customers have had. My experience with Fashionsure was very negative. They sent me a defective dress and wouldn't take it back at all. they oferred me to keep the dress and get a discount on my next purchase. Next purchase? Really? I disputed the charge with my bank by providing a tacking ticket to prove I had returned the item. Will never buy from them again.

I purchased 4 dresses from this site about 8/2015 for my wife, the dresses were all of very, very poor quality. I would not recommend that anyone purchase any of these items. I love the designed, they were nice to look at on the screen. But the sizes were off by 1.5 to 2 toward the small size.

I am a 5'8" tall American woman. Everything was an inch too short on all 4 things I bought. Also everything I ordered is tight around the chest — and my chest is 4 inches smaller than the smallest chest range they claimed for the size I selected! So, if you're a medium just order an extra large or don't bother! You can't return items realistically. Read their policy. You must prove that they sent the wrong thing. They are not honest about their clothing sizing. I can't add fabric around the chest or to the sleeve length! But if I had ordered 2 sizes larger least I could have take it in if it ended up being too big elsewhere (like in the waist). Delivery time was acceptable. I am in California my order arrived a few days before the promised deadline. Don't think you're getting any amazing great deal – the quality is commensurate to their prices to you – like Ross store or Walmart.

I saw a couple of dresses while shopping online that caught my attention. The dresses were unbelievably low priced. I decided to order a couple. I'm really glad I did. These dresses are very nice quality, from the material to the color. With exceptional designs as well. It takes a little longer to receive but it is well worth it. I will be buying again.

MY mom and I placed one very large order (about $300 worth) and was very pleased with everything except one dress. The dress wasn't the quality we expected, but the seven tops we ordered were great! I would say the dresses might be hit and miss as the other dress my mom ordered was beautiful as was the one I ordered but the other was not good. But if shopping for tops, I believe this is a great source.

My order was 2 sizes too small, even though I ordered my correct size. Problem is that there is no way to exchange or return items unless you pay for shipping to China both ways! The people there warned me about cost of exchanging and suggested via email that I "please consider this matter again." In other words, too bad for you. Avoid this site at all costs. Clothes have no relationshp to American sizes and you'll go broke trying to return or exchange.

They have no intention of fixing their mistakes, the dress I received had a hole in it and I have been arguing with them for three weeks about trying to get them to replace it.

They do not care about their customers at all. I would never recommend buying from them. You might as well rob yourself.

I have placed an order for a dress. They have send me wrong dress – completely wrong color, not the one I have chosen. I have contacted customer service and they refused to do anything at all – refused to issue any refund, refused to accept return. Disgusting customer service level.
Quality of the product itself – very poor, Dollar Store quality. You will not wear any of their items to any special occasion or even work. Now I am stuck with the bill for a dress that will go in the garbage brand new with the tags…

I order a dress from this site, and it is not even close to my expectation. The fabric is in very poor quality, the cut does not even line up. It is worse then my Halloween costume! The worse part is there is no refund if you don't like it or the size is wrong. When I talked to customer service for an obviously quality problem – missing stitches, I was told even if I want to refund, I have to pay the shipping fee myself, and they will not guarantee if they can receive the package as 'the package is going to delivered by person, and be lost. If we don't receive it, we cannot return'. Basic, they just won't accept refund for any reason.

I will definitely not buy anything from this website. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures they posted. What you get will not be like that and you can not return.

Extremely satisfied! I bought a dress to wear as a party dress..and the receiving time is suitable for me, very strongly recommend this website to you.

I had a very good experience with Fashionsure. I ordered two items, and when I was told that one was out of stock, I chose another item that was mailed promptly. They credited the balance to my credit card. While it did take awhile to get all of these items handled, (about 3 weeks for the first item, and another 2 weeks to get the replacement and credit) I found their customer service to be excellent. All of my emails were returned within 24 hours (which is better than expected, considering the time difference.) The two dresses that I ultimately ended up getting were of good quality and fit wonderfully! My only "negative" about this experience was that one of the first items that I ordered was listed in stock on the website (it still is) when it wasn't. If the online catalogue was up to date, I wouldn't have had to go through the whole replacement/refund business in the first place. But still, overall, it was a positive experience and I would definitely buy from them again!

i will never buy from FashionSure and I will advise nobody to buy from Fashion sure because their quality of goods is appalling….very poor pathetic quality

So far so good! The customer support is really good and the products (so far) decent. I am looking forward to explore this site even more!

From start to finish they were superb.
It arrived in Uk plenty of time for the present for the wife.

This is a delightful, upscale online clothes store and has EVERYTHING that an expert woman requires or would want in fashion. There is classy, personal touch and attention to detail in their choice of merchandise that is rare. i purchased a couple of pairs of clothing and the speed of delivery was over whelming. I constantly have a purchasing phobia when am buying a product from a site I have actually never utilized before. I have actually been a victim of purchasing rubbish from a random shop I've gone to. Fashionsure is just one of the finest if not the best because i purchased from them for the first time once again and i was expecting it to be the exact same as others, but to my surprise, i got what i ordered for. Their client service is excellent and i believe they still have to improve on that. Fashionsure fits my style and i extremely recommend them to you.
