Really bad customer service!! They told me to mail them pictures of the earrings (they send me earrings that didn't have my daughter's name on it) – but NO REPLY!!! I thought it was going to be a special gift for my daughter for Christmas….I am so disappointed and so is my daughter…

I, too, ordered and paid for custom-made script earrings with my daughter's name, weeks before Christmas, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. Instead, last week I received a key chain with an "we're sorry your order is delayed" form note. I will never, ever order from this company again and am disgusted with their lack of response and attention to my concerns. The earrings cost me over $40, by the way, so not an inexpensive gift! This company is no bueno!
