My wife went in to get a quote for work on her brakes this company quoted nearly 拢150 more than 5 other local garages. However, when I went in they quoted similar to other garages.

Brilliant service, Helpful and customer focused. I have taken my car there in the morning to see if there was a chance that they could check out a problem with it, then gone to work and they have never let me down , from checking my battery, a rattle in the back, to having some tyres done, and then a booked in service and mot. They go over and beyond to help their customers ,always polite and always give good advice and always smiling and joking, thank you for the service and piece of mind you give me.

I was away from home in Milton Keynes an ended up with a puncture. It was around 16:30. I went to Halford first. They were far too busy and not really interested to help. I then went to Quickfit. Very busy again and after 10 minutes waiting and no one to talk to, I left to find the nearest tyre place. Very glad to find a Fastfit station. They did a repair and charged a very reasonable rate. Superb service.

Went to the branch at Kingston,
They where very helpful and very reasonable on price i had 4 tyres fitted as well as front brakes i was quoted a very good price to have it all done.
will use again and again plus free coffee and wi fi.

Excellent customer service and workmanship at Kingston Milton Keynes. Have always previously had work/service completed through the Vauxhall dealer but on this occasion tried this company on recommendation. The drive of my car after the service and work were far better than the dealer and a more competitive price. Will definitely use them again. Steve who completed the work gave a rundown of work completed and why it was needed.

Fastfit Kingston is the best garage I have ever used the front desk was manned by a chap called Kerry he couldn't do enough very happy happy!! and the service man Steve told me exactly what my car needed and done a thorough job and the car was lovely and clean afterwards, I will always be returning and cannot recommend this garage enough, very trustworthy and reliable and honest pricing, as a woman some garages can see you coming but the guys at fastfit were really helpful!! 5* service and discount for loyalty thank you Hannah

Booked my Hyundai Terracan for an MOT via the on-line booking service. Appointment was scheduled at 4.30pm today, I am currently working in Oxford so took a half days holiday to come back to Milton Keynes to have by car tested. On arriving at the Fast Fit Station in Bletchley the front counter was unmanned – the sign said ring the bell for service. Lovely old fashioned 'push to ring' brass bell on the counter, only it didn't ring!! Someone calls though from the back office that they'll be with me in a minute. Someone then arrives and asks if they can help – seemed a little surprised I was there. I confirmed I had an MOT booked for the Hyundai Terracan (4×4). I was then told they couldn't test it as it wouldn't fit on the ramp???!!! Really?? They then reluctantly tried and said it was too big and too heavy. I have been driving 4×4's and having them tested for over 10 years – NEVER have I been told they were too big or too heavy to go on and MOT ramp. What a waste of a day and now have to have another day off to get tested elsewhere. Not impressed.

Just to add, following the reply from FastFit Station – 2006 Hyundai Terracan weighs in at 2095Kgs, almost 1000Kgs under the rated limit of their ramp.

Many Thanks to Deal on Wheels in Bletchley who managed to fit me in…..and on their ramp, without a booking and very late in the day.

Went there for an MOT. Got through after spending over 拢500 and get car back with deep scratch on drivers door. Told them and they offered to "polish it" for me. It is deep so on a black car you can see the white undercoat or metal. Polishing isn;t going to help. Wrote to the two named directors and they have ignored my letter.

I hate having any work done on my car, as I have had bad experience all around Milton Keynes.
But I must be honest, been going to Mick at Bletchley, had nothing but great service.
Why?, because you get honest information given to you, reasons and remedies, nothing has been to small or to large for them, all prices quoted have been acceptable, estimates are very close.
Quality of workmanship has been very good, never had reason to revisit with same problem.
Will always go back to them for any more work.

Decided to try this garage out as it is near to my work and they were offering half price full service. Got a phone call later in the day to tell me my car had been serviced but it needed various things doing, as it was so near Christmas I only had a couple of things done and told them I would sort the rest in the New Year. I came off the phone thinking surely some of these items ie spark plugs should have been part of the service. Having been told I needed a new battery for another car in the past by [External link] and not actually needing one I got a friend of a friend round who works for Toyota to see if I did need the items they recommended. Fast Fit quoted me 拢160 for front discs and pads the mechanic looked at them and said they look practically new (bearing in mind this is 5 months later) there is a slight lip on the discs and the pads are at least 1cm thick. A new fuel filter 拢49.99 where the filter is it shouldn't need changing for at least 100k miles. All in all not impressed that potentially I could have spent a lot of money that I didn't need to, clearly this garage do not want a good reputation all they are interested in is getting the money in. I won't ever recommend this garage and if anyone I know tell me they are going there I will warn them off using them.

Have been using Fast Fit a few years now. Instead of some garages that see a woman arriving in an old car and see pound signs, I have found they've always given me the absolutely best deal and got jobs done quickly, efficiently, for a good price, and everyone is very friendly too. Thanks for looking after me and my rickety but well loved Landrover 🙂

My car was in for 'Half Price Service & MOT' last year (2013). I was unhappy with them pretty much from the beginning. I was told I needed a list of things doing, which were not a necessity at the time (new tyres/ fuel filter and all 4 brake discs and pads!!!). Ended up costing me 拢850. I noticed discrepancies in the paperwork. I spoke to the Manager at Wolverton and asked him for an explanation for the huge bill and discrepancies etc.. I got no where. He was less than helpful. I wrote to their Head Office. Again got no where. Ended up having to take matters further.
I was awarded a partial refund plus costs, which I have only just received. Just be wary of these people. Get a second opinion if you are not happy with what they tell you. It could save you a lot of money and frustration in the end. I notice they're offering service and mot's 'on sale' again this year. BUYER BEWARE……

I have used Fastfit for a few years now and have my annual service and MoT done here – had no problems at all in the past – staff are very friendly and helpful and are upfront about the cost.

On my most recent visit, I had my water pump, cam belt, thermostat and coolant tank changed as my water pump was bust. I was quoted 拢500 for the whole lot which I thought may be a little expensive but was happy to pay it to get the job done. But upon looking at the receipt, I noticed I had been charged 拢100 just for the coolant bottle. Clearly this includes labour but the part can only cost 拢20-拢30 and I wouldn't have thought it would take more than half an hour to fit. So it seems that I've been well overcharged on this. I was told the cost upfront which I agreed to so I can't complain a lot but just looking up the part afterwards shows how much I was overcharged for it.

Still, the garage did a good job as always and I will continue to use them for service/MoT but I might consider a cheaper garage for general repairs in the future.

UPDATE:
Had to change this review as I have more recently had a problem with my master cylinder – Fast Fit quoted me 拢280 all in but did not have the staff to fix it for at least a week. So had to have it recovered by another garage (External Reference) who completed the job and charged me 拢129 including recovery. Clearly Fast Fit are trying to take people for a ride and I won't be using them again.
