Hired this tradesman and paid 拢600 upfront to supply and fit a brand new combi boiler baxi duo tec 28-kw and remove old tank and boiler. They first off all taken all our things home without our consent including water pump which was needed along with the boiler removed and tank
We agreed to pay 拢200 to supply and fit a new radiator in loft. The next day they had old radiator previously used and not new as agreed Then the issue happens when their pupework was above 4 inches high and when we asked them to put it below the floor boards so we could best use this space thry started asking for more money 拢50 for the labour and 拢10 for materials, we said will pay 拢100 and they wanted more when it was refused they became really angry & aggressive.
They taken new boiler away & refused to carryout job. The situation was so bad that police was called.
As a business or residential user if you want reliable people then hire the right tradesmen as these are far from professionals and reliable
