Fast Growing Trees

The trees are great, but it's not possible to get an answer from customer service. They either don't care or they are incompetent.

We bought 13 of their Thuja Green Giants, which are supposed to grow "up to 4 feet per year". HA! They've been in the ground for 3 months and they've grown perhaps 1-2 inches. I feel like we've been screwed. They were supposed to be 1-2 foot tall trees, and they were all 1 foot 1/4-1/2 inch. Again, they skate by the rules by barely complying. Growing 2 inches per year technically complies w/ their ad of "up to 4 feet" per year, but not with the spirit of truthfulness in advertising. We're not happy.

Fast Growing Trees really came through. I had earlier written a review (negative) detailing my experience in ordering pink and white dogwood trees. I have now received three replacement dogwood trees, all of which arrived very moist, rooted properly in pots, and are looking just wonderful. I greatly appreciate the quick and kindly manner in which my earlier ordering experience was corrected by this company. The replacement trees were even more expensive (a size larger) than I had originally ordered. Thanks for your excellent customer service, Fast Growing Trees!

I ordered a Black Gum tree. The order arrived very promptly–in two to three days!
The tree was quite large, at least 5 ft tall, and very healthy.
I was very pleased with my order.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER PLANTS ONLINE. MY TREES AND $200 ARE GONE.
FROZE NO MATTER HOW I CARED FOR THEM TEMP (27). SO SMALL THEY JUST COULDN'T SURVIVE.
