The Bad: ordered the 5-7 business day (processing) service.
Purchased on March 24th
Was given final instructions with shipping label March 25th and had it sent out the same day.
They received all documents and forms on March 26th.
From this point there was no follow-up until March 29 when I emailed David. David is very responsive and helpful but was told 鈥渋t was due out midweek next week鈥?br />
April 3rd is now here and I鈥檓 wondering what鈥檚 going on.
I was told that because our trip wasn鈥檛 until the end of the month our application wasn鈥檛 being taken.
April 4 David responds saying we can file an addendum to say we need a visa to get around this issue. Did this and emailed it over the same day.
Passport wasn鈥檛 submitted to the Passport agency until Wednesday the 10th (only found out by contacting the passport agency)
The passport was released on April 11th and was sent 鈥?day weekday delivery by Fed ex鈥?br />
Didn鈥檛 receive everything back until the 15th of April.
By my count and their website description (when they receive the package the processing time starts) thats 14 business days. Double the expected time and thank god we filled everything out correctly.
The Good: we got the passport in time, David was very helpful and called/emailed quickly.

I originally called them to make sure they were legit, David answered and sent me over the passport checklist. I finished it a day later and sent it out. My trip was 8 days from when I originally contacted David so I had to work fast. On Friday鈥?the 22nd I was waiting for confirmation from the passport center. I received鈥?an email around 4 pm stating that the birth certificate did not have a raised seal. I called David and he answered within the hour, directing me through what I needed to do. We got another birth certificate sent out the next morning. I then waited. Monday night David called me asking when my trip was. I told him the 28th to which he informed me he had someone chasing down the FedEx truck so my package would get here the morning of the 27th. My passport just arrived with a day to spare. David was available at any time of the day, if he isn't reaching out to you, it is because everything is going smoothly. If you are nervous at any point he will always get back to you. Fast Passport Center did a phenomenal job, couldn't鈥?be happier.

The problem, we were leaving Saturday at 6 am meaning I had 4 days to prepare. I had no passport and no birth certificate.
I looked at every company on the web and found that Fast Passport Center had very competitive prices, and could get me a passport in the time I had.
David was very professional and whet out of his way to get me on track. He answered every question every time I called (about 10 times I think) and provided what I needed within minutes.
The reason I chose them specifically, is because they had a PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR "CONTACT US" TAB and I could call to find out exactly what I had to do to get a passport on time. I was astounded that the others wanted you to email or write to them.
Though the cost is high, I was happy to pay it to be able to have what I needed in time to make the trip. I feel completely confident in recommending Fast Passport Center.
Also, I am an actual customer, not someone being paid to write reviews that are absolute fabrications.
Fast Passport center is an excellent company and well worth the price!

I requested to expedite a lost passport on April 16, 2018 for a business trip I was taking overseas. I paid $185.00 for a 3-4 business day processing window. Due to the tight turnaround as my trip was to begin on May 13, I paid an additional $90.00 on April 30 for a 1 day turn-around.
On May 2, I was told that my application was processing, which should have resulted in delivery no later than May 4.
Between May 2 and May 7 I followed up daily with Fast Passport Center for updates, only to be told that there was a delay and that they would give me updates when available. I was refunded $50 for the inconvenience but was still kept in the dark on the status of my passport. Between May 7 and May 11, I emailed and called daily and was given the same "no update response."
On May 11, two days before my trip, David Donovan finally gave me an update that there was an error on my application and that I would have to refile all documents. Not believing that to be true, I spoke with the Philadelphia Passport Agency (a government entity) and was told that the only issue with my application was that it was turned in more than 5 days after the dated signature on my forms; meaning that Fast Passport Center and David Donovan never turned in my forms until it was too late.
I eventually had to drive 2 hours from my home to another government Passport Agency to completely refile my documents, rendering Fast Passport Center's services and my $225.00 payment unnecessary. After all of these issues, David Donovan and Fast Passport Center have refused to refund me.

As such I give them 2 stars only. They communication is NOT GOOD.
If I needed a passport expediting service again, I WOULD NOT USE OR RECOMMEND THEM.
Addendum:
My passport was delayed because of my own error, but Fast Passport at no time initiated a contact with me about the status of my passport….I had to ask them for a status over and over. They promised an email with a status and did not send it.
My status page on their site was NEVER updated with a status: passport received from customer, passport sent to agency, passport delayed, passport fedexed back. The status page has a link to a fedex tracking ID. It is NEVER provided so you cannot track your returning passport or even know that it has been sent. This causes stress and anxiety.
I have a coworker who also used Fast Passport Center, and even tho his passport came quickly, he had the same issues. He did not know that it was being returned; fedex dropped it on his doorstep and luckily he was there to get it, otherwise it would have sat there all day. He had to contact them to get a receipt for his services so he could expense them…which means they don't do that automatically. His status page was never updated with any info.
The issue is they don't communicate what is going on with this very important procedure with a key type if ID. It is substandard business service.

Just a few days before leaving on an international vacation I noticed my passport had just expired. I was mortified at my oversight and afraid that all the money we had just spent on flights and accommodations was to be wasted, never mind disappointing my husband. Praying for a miracle I went online and was excited to find that Fast Passport Center was able to help me. Yay!!!!!
With fingers crossed I filled out the paperwork, gathered the materials and had my package shipped off to them the following day.
My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were 2-3 times when I was anticipating an email or return phone call and after a couple hours of not hearing back I had to call them. This caused me to feel anxious. Fortunately they were very good about picking up and professionally responding to my call. I would ideally give a 4.5 or 4.75 if possible. And so my advice to other customers would be to just call right away if you have any questions or concerns.
The final result was that I received my new passport on the morning I flew and was sooooo unbelievably grateful for their services.

David responded to all my questions in a timely manner, provided clear instruction, answered all my phone calls, and followed up within minutes.
I shipped my paperwork overnight , the passport was processed in two business day and it was shipped back to me overnight.
