Overpaid for services not supplied

So, my boyfriend Travis and I just moved in to a new place. Travis went on FastAddressChange.com to change his address. He thought it was usps.com (mind you the website looks very similar and even says usps). He put his credit card information in and was charged $40. The website never mentioned this charge before or after the transaction he only noticed it after checking his bank statement. He didn鈥檛 think anything of it until we had a conversation about me going through changing my address (I used the proper website usps.com and was only charged $1). It wasn鈥檛 until we had this conversation that he realized he may have been scammed. So, we did what anyone would do and went to their website to look for a phone number for customer service. There is no phone number listed anywhere! (This is why I typed 0000000 in the above field because it makes me enter a number) Instead, there is a contact us option to email them but every time we tried to send an email it says something went wrong. Even though it wasn鈥檛 a huge loss I really don鈥檛 want this to happen to anyone else.
