I was given the impression that this is a full service site, well it isn't. All they did was print the form and mail instructions on how to get the (death) certificate. I could have gone to the state web site and done that myself. It's not full service, it's hack service. Blew $69 for nothing.

I think this place is a hoax they don't even give you a phone number to call I called vitals statistics and they told me they never heard of this site I want my money back but don't know how to get it

They do absolutely nothing for damn near $70
they charged $25 for state fee but then didn't give it to the state.
I had to pay additional $25 to state.

Don't believe all the height this company is nothing but a scam I paid for the fast way to go but I never received anything and 4 months still have not received anything no paperwork nothing so then when I try to get ahold of them no response

I needed my BC fast. After applying and paying, I realized I would not get it in time. Fast Birth Certificates were great to refund my money even though they did not have to.

40 bucks is a ridiculous amount to pay for nothing because you still have to pay the county where you were born skip this scam sight and go to the county you get a free form and have to provide the same I.D. the only service they do is steal money you may not have

Debit card billed twice

I made the mistake of trying fastbirthcertificates.com after I saw they billed my card twice for one birth certificate. After reading all the bad reviews I asked to cancel my order and refund $139.66 they pulled from my account. They agreed but refunded only half from each charge. It seems Tim Sanner (ceo) and his minions aren't smart enough to see their error of over billing my card. They won't even answer my emails now. Use this company at your own risk. Tim Sanner (CEO) is a thief and should be delt with accordingly!

I need my birth certificate fast, after going thru the steps it then told me they would send paperwork to fill out and the process would takes weeks and cost additional money. Total over 100 dollars. I thried to cancel as their policy states that they would only refund HALF back but then they never called back OR responded to my emails which I sent within 10 minutes of placing my order. Their customer service is quick and responded very quickly to my requests for info. I also discovered that they have the ability to do social security cards as well as birth certificates.
