Ordered #10-32 screws but received #12-28 screws. Emailed Rob who told me they sent the correct screws and don鈥檛 even stock#12-28. Double checked the screws in a screw gauge and they are 100% #12-28. Since the company did nothing to correct the order I put in a fraud claim with my credit card company. These people don鈥檛 know their business. They have the wrong screws in the wrong bins. Find another professional, responsible company.
