I own a watersports business in Kuwait, and I wanted to save money on shipping from multiple suppliers in the US by hiring a freight forwarder that combines my orders and ship to me.
This firm is a complete rip off, the initial offer was too good to be true, and I soon realised it was a trap!
I ended up paying 7000 usd in shipping charges!
They held my container as hostage and started demanding money with very made up invoices and charges.
If you're doing a research online about this company, word of advice: Run!
