An unknown caller gets on the phone telling you the company he is part of had a server crash and that he is going to refund the money owed to you for a product you purchased. He asks when you purchased and for how much money. Then he tells you to go to fastheal.net and he takes over your machine like tech support then tells you to go to your bank you used and open the account so that he can deposit your refund. DON'T DO IT! The next thing you know he is moving money around in your account and tries to take money out after you close/log out.
