Must say that all that previous client review is not true. Hi admit the damages, but he wanted to repair it on his unauthorized service. The cars are new and they can be repair only in the brand authorized services. Explained everything by emails. Untrue that he did not received answer. He did not purchase full insurance for only 7 euro per day, and he consciously took the risk. Now, he is angry, but on the wrong address. The damage cannot be donated, for someone who look only the cheapest option…

Worst car rental EVER!!!! THEY ARE ABSOLUTE THIEVES. beware customers, don't let the initial low prices fool you, they will charge you later double what you paid. For a small scratch that was done by someone in a parking lot at my rented car, they charged me with 21. 500 din (187鈧? while if you go at a car shop to get it fixed will cost 30鈧?maximum. Not to mention that they have been withholding my deposit for almost three months and they refuse to reply at my emails as regards the reason. We have been returning to this car rental for years, imagine what they will do to new customers. My advise to all, run for your money!!! Just THIEVES!!!!!!!!!

First time in Serbia and I was so worried if my friends would be satisfied with how I organized the trip. We had a car accident and the Fastmobility employees were very responsive and helpful. Got us a new car since ours wasn't drivable anymore… would 10/10 recommend

Great price, the guy we dealt with was nice and did not try to cheat at any time.

There was a misunderstanding regarding the location for pickup, but we got the car pretty quick. We rented a baby seat, which was pretty crappy.

Don't rent with this company. MAYBE at first the price is not as expensive as other places. But they are going to cheat your money from everywhere. with me, they put some excuses with fuel. when I leave the deposit with more fuel than I pick the car(And I have documentation that approve this). This company is a s**t.

I did rented a car with them several times thru AutoEurope and they have reasonable service. I did had a small damage once while hitting the curb at front and they charged about 160EUR, which I expected to cost at dealer. From then on, I got advice to take super cover and I take it for a few euros extra per day for a piece of ease off my mind. They allow Prepaid MC and have good attitude. Once my flight was cancelled from AMS, did a call at 8PM, let them know about it and agreed to call back when I know the new time. Did as agreed and got my car on time. Perfect! Only suggestion to speed up car delivery procedure as sometimes it takes more than half a hour to check the car.

When we arrived, the guy came 40 minutes later, he marked the damages on the car very well, we asked about the insurance we had and what was included, in particular if someone else crashes into us (that being not our fault) he said it was covered as long as we have a police report.

So eventually, a guy crashed into us and ripped of our mirror, following the accident we immediately called the company, explained the situation, asked what we needed to do, they said it was ok. Nevertheless we got our police report, and called them next morning to confirm. They said that it is fine, since it was not our fault.

When we brought the car back, the guy was rude, he did not listen to us, spoke on the phone all the time and eventually walked away. They charged our deposit, even though we had all our papers. he kept on changing the procedure how to claim it back and eventually just said "I have to go" and left.

We rented a car via Auto Europe. First of all, they do not have an office at the airport. The guy who supposed to bring us the car showed up 45 minutes late and was not able to speak English. We rented a small, economical car, but we received a big family car, while we were only with two people. The guy who delivered the car did not understand a thing we tried to explain, so that was very frustrating. He threatened to take the car with him and leave us without a car, so eventually we took the big family car.

When we handed in the car, we told the guy (another guy, who actually spoke English) we made a scratch on it, but since we had a CDW insurance, we would be fine. They charged EUR 600 on my credit card, but refused to respond when I asked them why they charged so much money, as we were insured. I send them over 20 e-mails, and they responded to 2 of them, of course without giving an answer to my questions. They included a very fake invoice with repair costs, while we are quite sure they did not repair it, as the scratch was not that big and there were already over 15 other scratches on it. Eventually, Auto Europe reimbursed us, but Fast Mobility/Posrednik is the worst car rental company ever.

A car that was damaged all over (over 20 markings on the damage sheet), managed to develop a ding 1cm wide. This ding cost almost 拢150 to fix, including panel beating, painting, and for some reason, replacing the wheel cover while they were at it.

15-day rental not enough for them. Looking at the other reviews, seems like this is standard practice.

Steer clear.

However, I do not agree with those two people before me. The vehicle are new, clean & the staff is very kind. They offers me very cheap redemption of the excess, so I did not have to pay any extra money for scratches, someone made on the vehicle. What ever, I will use them again, for sure. I'm always prepared to pay, for my comfort.

Don't use this company to rent a car.
I used them via auto europe. Somebody made a small scratch on the front plastic bumper, obviously on the parking on the rented car. I accepted that, since it wasn't there before, and paying for that damage was what I was ready for. However, they sent the car to the service center (which they have the deal with obviously) which is not official for skoda (I rented the car skoda rapid) for evaluation of the damage, and determined unrealistic cost for the damage repair. That cost is 2 times more than in Norway where I live.
They successfully charged it from my credit card, and they don't respond to the email for more than 2 weeks. Obviously they think the customer is not important and that nobody wants to bother to check what are they charged for.
Other than that, the car had multiple similar damages before, so I seriously don't believe they repair it with that money.

If you rent a car in Belgrade or elsewhere in Serbia, do not – I repeat – do not use this company. They also go under the name "Posrednik". I used them twice via Autoeurope's booking site and had very bad experiences. They will try to rip you off with extra fees, quarrel and waste your time and in the end they will threaten not to give you your rental car unless you pay the fees even though your payment through AutoEurope states no extra fees. And they know that you booked the car because you need it…. Don't waste your time on them, there are other honest options.
