I got a Reelcraft hose reel a few months ago. Customer service has given me wrong part numbers for inlet hose and connectors. The hose reel has rusted and barely moves. Still don't have all the parts to make it work. Will probably throw everything away and built my own hose reel. It may still be faster and actually work. Very disappointed with FastoolNow. Will likely never shop with FastoolNow again and will dissuade everyone I know from using this company.

I ordered an 8' level. Price was awesome and free shipping to boot. When I received it, I pulled it out of the PKG and noticed it didn't have end caps. I emailed them right away expecting to fight . They immediately got back to me let me know where I could find them in the packaging. Yes I was being stupid and they could have let me know that but instead they handled it so kindly and professionally. 馃憤馃憤

Easy company to work with, usually fast delivery. This time it was a bit slow, but it was the delivery service's fault, not the company.

I have purchased hundred of tools in my 40+ years in construction. Some of which left a bad taste in my mouth with the service I received. Now retired and building the shop I always wanted it is a extreme pleasure dealing with the staff of Fastoolnow. Having read a few reviews that others have posted it seams like the is the normal for this company! They鈥檙e my go to place for tools and support. Never get the feeling I鈥檓 a bother to them when asking their help or opinion. Thanks to all the stall!!

Incredible service. I was looking for a band saw and joiner and because of Covid (of course) no one seemed to have one. I found Fastoolnow on the web, and took a shot, about to give up.
Nate listened to my needs, and in two hours he found exactly what I needed.
The tracking system he uses is pretty good. Lost track in Denver terminal, but, again, in a few hours, he had located it for me.
Maybe he is twins as he seems to get so much done.
I highly recommend them as a tool supplier.

I purchased large quantities of Simpson Strongtie stainless steel screws and nails (of all dimensions and sizes) for a large deck rebuild project at our house in Hawaii. Fastoolnow鈥檚 staff and its owner/manager Nate couldn鈥檛 have been more accurate or timely in filling the orders. Great customer service and the best prices for these products. They also have a very generous free shipping deal. Would recommend to anyone.

I puchased a Rikon 10" bandsaw from FastoolNow which shipped very quickly. When the happy day came I excitedly unpacked the new bandsaw only to find the base was severely bent. I contacted FastoolNow folks and they quickly verified the damage with my help and told me they would send a replacement. I can't say how nice it was to deal with customer friendly people like Nate and others, I got a UPS RMA label, they inspected my replacement before shipping and it arrived again very quickly. I'd be glad to do business with these folks anytime again.

Had a great experience with your process. The one problem I had is with the company that delivered my order they would not deliver to my house. I had to meet the truck on the main road with traffic. Was not pleased with that.

Great company love working with them they're always willing to hear new suggestions on how to do things better from the customer standpoint.

I was looking forward to seeing them carrying other new lines of products

Fast, easy ordering

I needed an item ASAP. Placed my order, and within a few hours received confirmation that my order had shipped, along with the tracking number. Arrived the following day, well packaged and accurate.
I will use Fastool again when possible.

Lots of useful parts to be found here, shipping is fast and parts are typically of good quality…
[The bad:]
Site design is really poor. I can search for parts, sometimes I find them but it comes up with a lot of irrelevant search results.
It offers filter options to narrow it down but once you specify a part you want to search for, the filters override your search terms and show pages of crap that are not relevant to what you want or what you asked it to search for originally.
I would say over 1/2 of the total listings on the site have no information about the part it shows; No dimensional information or sourcing information. It is sometimes impossible to make informed purchase decisions about what your buying before you buy it due to the total lack of useful information in the site listings.
I have purchased from here several times and spent a lot of time browsing the site for stuff I wanted.
I think they are a decent company but their website is unacceptably poor. I do not recommend this site if you don't know for sure before you buy if it is the item you wanted in the first place.
