The tracking number didn't update for 2 months and they kept saying they were contacting the post office even though it was clearly lost.

I ordered 4 EGO II vape batteries. After 3 weeks they were delivered. I took out of package, it felt much lighter than my other EGO II batteries. Turned it on and LED charge indicator showed blue light (50% charged) so I charged for 10 hours and light still stayed blue! Upon further inspection (after 3 weeks of trying to refund) I took one apart and it was only a 700mah battery, not to mention the machining was terrible! Obviously a counterfeit! Not even worth the postage! They still refuse a refund so I'm disputing charge with PayPal and Mastercard. Do not purchase from them!

This is a SCAM! They send things directly from China in the cheapest packaging possible and do not send the electrical adapters that are included with like products to US customers to be able to use with our standard outlets. When i contacted them, it took a period of over a week just to get an "according to the description its not included" bull$#*! when clearly they are sending European adapters to the US. i bought from them the Dingling RF-608 Hair Trimmer from them with no adapter and bought the Dingling RF-609 on Ebay(!) which included the adapter. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS! As you can see in the picture there is a designated place for the adapter but instead there was a cheap set of nail clippers included unrelated to doing hair. I am seething over their completely disinterest and total lack of service. WILL NOT BE BACK.

I ordered a part from this website 3 months ago and I haven't even received it! I ordered a package in May and its already the end of August. Don't order from here all they do is take your money and they dont ship anything to you.

My order arrived over 2 months past when it was supposed to. Also everything in the package was mashed when I got it. Customer service was a joke, would take almost a week for a response and it would be very vague. Will not order from them again unless I absolutely have to

I purchased a Jackly Precision Screwdriver Set. I had purchased one before this for which I had no problem. This one, however, arrived with a broken case. Some of the clips that oriented the bit holders were broken off preventing the the bit holders to flatten and thus preventing the case from closing. I provided the receipt and photos. FastTech tried to get the manufacturer to send be a new case (the bits were all fine) but apparently they refused. FastTech then offered me $3 in compensation which I refused.(The item was ~11USD)
Any reputable company would either send out a complete new set or refund the full amount. This is therefore not a reputable company.

I ordered something about 2months ago and it's been"shipped" for a month. It was $20 lesson learned. Never order from them again!!

Never had any problems, iv been using fasttech about 6 years now, if i had any problems, they fixed it!
If a product had a defect and i provided the pictures or video confirming it, the refund would be on my PayPal account whitin the next 2 days 馃憣
Would recomend fasttech to everyone!
Though, free shipping is FREE, so dont expect it to be fast, but you have the option to pay extra if you cant wait..

I have 2 order now with this company. I have not rec'd any responses to my orders and placed one order in 6 plus weeks ago and still have not rec'd. Placed another order to see if I could get that one faster (same part) and still not rec'd over 3 weeks ago. Never again.

Very BAD service. I have waited 10 weeks for an order. It still hasn't arrived. The TRACKING number I have given does not work. I have messaged the support team many times and I am still waiting for a response after 4 days.

If I could give 0 stars I would. UK buyer. Ordered two months ago. Tried to blame the pandemic for not receiving and just kept asking me to wait. Fobbed me off with a tracking number that says item left Singapore 24th April but repeatedly I asked for the tracking number to locate in the U.K. and they couldn't find it. Told me to go to the post office etc. Jokers and disgusting service.
Managed to get my money back via PayPal but even that took ages.
Do not use this company if you want to see your money again. Dreadful service and they have the audacity to blame the pandemic. No people, I ordered stuff from eBay coming from China and it came in 2-3 weeks.
Avoid at all costs. If something is priced too good to be true, remember it usually is.

Horrible customer service, Waited over 3 months for them to respond to any emails or ship my item. Then when you try to ask for tracking information they lie and just say it was shipped without any additional response. Doesn't get any worse than this company. Don't bother wasting your money. Wish I would have seen the hundreds of other customers that also went through the same issues. Stay Away from these crooks.

I have placed several orders in the last few years and I will probably not order again.
Fasttech offers goods they don't have.
It is difficult and slow to get money back (if ever).
Fasttech "support" is unhelpful and VERY slow.
My last order was lost in transport in march and till today (June 29) i should be patient and wait… that is answer from "support" .

Ordered face masks at the first part of April 2020, from Fast Tech. Still no order received. Back and forth with so-called customer service was useless. Was told via tracking my shipment was in Los Angeles. Later, I was told via e mail it was sent back to China and was still there. Asked for a refund into my Paypal account and was told no, since shipment was already made. Told them since it was back in China I wanted that refund. Still waiting on response, but not holding out much hope. I'm probably out the money and no product to show for it.

Found this company looking for vape supplies. Ordered and was told a decent shipping date. IT KEPT CHANGING. And now they say it has shipped but USPS said they haven't received it yet! I haven't heard an explanation on bogus shipping dates.

I purchased an item from them back on April 1 of this year. I paid for express epacket shipping, and it *just* made it to New York! If you must buy stuff from China, but from AliExpress or Wish instead.

I don't quite see what the problem is I buy my e liquid from them (real cheap and PayPal) and the only time I ever had a problem was with late shipping They were in touch with me every 2-3 days keeping me informed They also refunded me for my hassle (as well as supplying the order) and offered a 50% discount on my next order Yes they honoured it I love them

So many people gave fast tech bad reviews I was really worried that I'd have a bad experience. It took quite a long time for my order to come but the mod I ordered was very affordable and it works exactly as advertised. So all and all not as bad as expected.

Francis of fast tech went above and beyond did excellent work and stood long hours to get the job done thanks for everything. He was very reasonable with the price.

Paid for express shipping, they updated my order as shipped the next day but didn't actually ship until over a week later. Didn't get my items in time before leaving on my holiday, which was the reason I paid extra for express. Sent two support inquiries and received no response to either even after another week of waiting. 0/10, definitely would NOT recommend using these guys.
