I have no problems with the service.

They took forever from the airport to my car

Parking price is reasonable. Lot needs maintenance. Worse part is they act like they don鈥檛 want to pick you up. You鈥檒l see six Peachy and Fast Park vans come and go while you wait. ?

Need more drivers and to fix the bumps and pot holes in the parking lot.

This parking lot is the cheapest you鈥檒l find that鈥檚 not a hotel parking lot. It鈥檚 fine if you are staying domestic, BUT, if you鈥檙e going to the international terminal, it isn鈥檛 a good choice. They say they have a shuttle for the international terminal but they really don鈥檛. They say they鈥檙e 鈥渟hort staffed鈥?and then drop you off near the Airport shuttle in the domestic area that takes you to the international terminal. So you have to plan to arrive earlier and take two shuttles. Same upon return, even if you call the office, they鈥檒l intruct you to do the same. Just pay the extra $30 for a better parking lot. But if you鈥檙e staying domestic…it鈥檚 fine.

I dont like the change they made to how you purchase the days from groupon and I dont like that they never answer the phn

I only have experience with Fasttrack and one other airport parking facility. Based on the prior experience, Fasttrack left a lot to be desired. The website was very difficult to understand and maneuver. The online ticket purchase process didn't work properly so it had to be done manually. Thank God for the customer service professional that answered the phone, who was able to do it manually.
The parking lot was filled with pot holes and there was no covered option. I was not pleased at all.
All of the people that I encounter, from the initial call to the van drivers were all very helpful and professional. That was a bright spot and I appreciate their efforts under difficult circumstances.

The roads within the lot are awful. I was afraid that I was going to get a flat tire. Too, too many potholes. The drivers do pick you up quickly and are very polite and helpful.

I've never had a problem as a customer of Fasttrack. They are my primary parking vendor I use when I travel. Ive never waited more 5-10 mins for the shuttles to pick up at their location or at the airport.

We love Fastrack/Avistar because they have the best value. The shuttle buses are new and very nice and the employees have always been polite and professional. The parking lot itself needs to be re-vamped: lots of pot holes? We have never been worried about leaving our vehicle here even getting home past midnight .

Why is there always a long waiting time for a Fasttrack transport to show up. When they do show up they do not spend any time waiting for riders, how ever many get on be it one, two or three, they immediately take off. It is as though they get paid for how many trips they make each day. Other transport companies' stalls always have vehicles waiting, but not Fasttrack.Their stalls are always empty.

The timeliness of the shuttle pick up and drop off could be improved

Normally, when I use this parking service, the bus driver handles my luggage; however, this time around I had a female driver and she didn't assist me onto the bus at the airport. (She did help me unload at my car.) I had to wait over 10 minutes for the shuttle at Terminal North and eventually called the office to confirm the bus was on its way. Usually been only a one to two-minute wait at Terminal South or none at all.

The parking lot needs paving and the wait time for pickup is too long. The employees I encountered we're very nice.

Always a long wait to get back to my car after a flight. They instruct to call and a shuttle will come. But they don鈥檛 answer the phone.

I would give this place Negative 5 stars if I could. Most of the time they are late in picking people up. Sometimes they busses are seen driving past the airport. One time we waited 1 hour at the pick up spot cause they couldnt locate the drivers… mean while other off airport shuttles came and went a gazillion time. Never again at this place.

Also – maintain your parking lot. it's like we are on the moon. potholes and craters everywhere!

Everyone was nice, but the parking attendant could not load my prepaid reservation on her computer. Then, the gate wouldn't work. Cars were beeping behind me. The parking lot was full of potholes, and the parking spots were not marked. The driver was nice, but could not stop texting on his cellphone while driving us all to the airport.

Great option. I've used them several times. Plan to wait at the airport for 30 minutes for pickup.

The services at Fasttrack are very good. However, the pot holes at the parking lot are very bad.
