Everyone! Before you order anything online in Ireland, check with the seller who is their courier. Then tell the seller sorry as long as you are using this company services or lack of it. I will order elsewhere. 100% of my orders online had problems from very late delivery after many phone calls, to verbal abuse by their drivers to never deliver. Its franchise so come to the conclusion that any criminal can just start a Fastway branch and will be given a region then most likely hire their follow ex inmates as van drivers or even money laundry shady company

Avoid as cowboys. Pay for a good service try DPD as fastaway throw your parcell on the road side for anyone to pick up. A discrase and dangerous drivers. They should be investigated for a ripp off service

Got a delivery of a compressor last week,it arrived the day after I ordered it,have to say great service,Paul was the driver and he is 100% sound ,

I am fuming, they claim they delivered parcel and they did not. Absolute scam of the company who employs this ghost driver who claim he delivers next day and either show up 3 months later or never!

This review is for delivery driver Stephen who went out of his way to delivery my package to an area he doesn鈥檛 even cover. My address was changed on two different occasions by the driver for my area which is Monmore, Kilrush not Doonbeg (I think I should know my own address) anyways, thanks so much to Steven who went out of his way to get my package to me after being returned to the depo two weeks ago after failing to be delivered due to the other fella changing my address.. thanks Steven your the man for the job.

Absolutely shocking delivery service!

1st experience they falsely updated the tracking record to state that the parcel was delivered- then changed it that they could not deliver to the property despite my being at home and available for delivery, providing address instructions and my phone number which was never contacted via. The parcel was returned to where I had ordered from.

2nd experience I have just been contacted by a lady who advises that my package was thrown over her wall and was found in her garden by her granddaughter….At an address that is nothing similar to my own and almost 3 miles away from my property!

Unfortunately when buying online you do not have a choice in the courier service as I would never knowingly choose this company again!!!

stay away from fast way please. it will leave you up set and stressed . customer service can take take 48 hours to resolve your issues that can be a long time when your pulling your hair out

I had heard bad things about the Fastway service but did not believe a service would stoop this low.
The vendor uses this service so I did not have a choice. I made and paid (鈧?47.96) for an order with a 3rd party(Sports Direct). 3 days later I got a tracking number and email confirmation that my order was dispatched.
I tracked the parcel and it said in Hawkes Bay distribution centre and would be with me in 1 to 2 business days. I continued to check the status of the parcel and it did not change.
On the 5th business day I contacted Fastway support via email and was informed the package was lost and to contact the vendor to report non receipt.
I initiated contact with the vendor straight away that day. The following day I looked at the Fastway track and trace and the status had been changed to delivered and signed for. Complete rubbish I was home at the date and time they said it was delivered. The vendor has since informed me that Fastway are now claiming the package was delivered.
Because of the poor reviews of the service I had taken screenshots of the packages status on the first day I contacted Fastway and again the day after when they changed it. I have sent the screenshots and a copy of the email from the Fastway support service saying the package was lost to the vendor. I am still awaiting confirmation that I will be refunded. EU regulations state if package is not delivered to the consumer the vendor is responsible and must provide a full refund or resend. Hopefully the vendor will act in a more honourable manner than Fastway.
I would understand a package being lost but I am shocked and appalled that not only is it a horrific service but that a company would lie to avoid their responsibility.
I know in Ireland the postal service is regulated but courier services do not come under the same umbrella. Fastway's conduct is disgraceful and if I knew how I would formally report them as not fit for purpose. Shame on you Fastway.
My advice would be to avoid any vendors that use Fastway as a courier service.

Worst delivery service I've ever used. Their customer service is an absolute joke and not helpful at all. Still no idea where my package was delivered to and they could care less. I'll never order again if a company uses them as a delivery provider.

Ive had a number of terrible experiences with this courier. The driver always leaves packages in the garden and never rings the doorbell. I've experienced issues with delicate items being jammed in the mailbox and other packages being left out in the rain.
This week I received a damaged parcel with the packaging all ripped open, and some items missing. The driver knowingly delivered it in that condition. When I contacted Fastway Customer Service, I never even got as much as an apology, they told me I needed to sort it out with the retailer who I ordered from.
Thankfully the retailer is going to refund me for the lost items. I'm not sure why any company would use this courier as they are a nightmare to deal with and the related costs of losing/damaging packages must be huge!

My ARGOS order was delivered to them on 28th May 2020 at 14:05:30. When the parcel is tracked I'm told it will be delivered within 1-2 WORKING DAYS.
To-day is the 14th JUNE and I'm still waiting.I would suggest that no company should use this SERVICE!!!!! SERVICE What a LAUGH.

The worst service I have ever seen. Waiting for a parcel the whole week their tracking is a complete joke, no proper phone number to contact them and they never reply on their zendesk message tool available on their website. I provided the information 3 times with my phone number and instruction, the shop where I ordered did it twice as well but still no change… I was at home with the phone on. To avoid them at all price.

If I could give negative stars I would….bought a dress from littlewoods never got delivered and yet text to say dress was to be delivered and then pressed tracking number and it said dress was delivered and signed for…I never signed for it and it certainly wasn鈥檛 delivered as I have cctv and when back though footage …can fastway make up items were delivered and signed for??? Never use fastway a and certainly don鈥檛 buy from companies that use fastway total scam artists

Worst courier service in Ireland!

Ordered items from a local company over a week ago and it has been put on and off the Fastway delivery van twice since they received it into their hub at the start of this week.

Not only that, I ordered items from an online store, got an from email to say it was on the way. Nothing for a week, only to discover when I followed up with the company that Fastway had sent the package back over to them with no explanation!

I can appreciate that due to the coronavirus things are more difficult for them, but this is a joke. Customer service agents completely unhelpful and unresponsive.

Unbelievable Jeff, after recent experience with this shambolic outfit I should have known better than to order from the company that uses this service they have somehow managed to deliver my order to an address that doesn't exist, have been trying to get confirmation from either parties as who was the delivery person and who was the person he apparently delivered it to, so far have had no response from either company about this issue, and it seems will remain a mystery

My parcel arrived in Ireland early on 29th April (Wednesday). I heard nothing more until Friday at 7.36pm, when I was told that my parcel had been delivered yo me at 6.45pm. It had not. It's going to be impossible to contact them until Tuesday, as Monday is a holiday, and the only method of contact is a message board on their website ("Thank you for reaching out"). Very unsatisfactory.

If I could give zero stars I would. Rescheduled delivery is not possible if you wont be home the day of initial attempt, which can unfortunately happen. 3 texts that is was out for delivery. Sat in all day 3 times with no sign of delivery. And you cant even ring them to query it, instead its email only with 24 hour turn around for a generic "we will check it" response. The absolute worst courier service I have ever had to deal with.

I ordered an item from Komplett in Holland. Paid to have it delivered by DHL. DHL however passed it over to Fastway. They emailed me to say it would be delivered to a townland in Cavan – I live in Wicklow. Fortunately the driver of the unmarked white van who made the delivery had the smarts to look at the Komplett label on the box and brought it to me in Wicklow. The white van suggests he was yet another sub-contractor. So two stars since I got the box – but it was a near thing!!
