On Friday 15th January 2021 I purchased a Powertrain Yoga Stability Disc Home Gym Pilate Balance Trainer Blue for $24 from Bunnings MarketLink but I never received the parcel since they deliberately lost it so I would avoid using this company since they obviously couldn't carless about their customers.

Don't expect they know your package, even promised from Account Managers assured, super unprofessional, frustrating deal with them. The only guys you can deal may be the CEO and warehouse manager below, good luck!

I just received my first delivery from Amarex since they've changed their name from Fastway Couriers to Amarex. I'm happy this time, delivery time was absolutely reasonable and the courier was genuinely friendly. I hope Amarex can keep up this good quality.

These people should not be in the transport business as they simply have no idea what they are doing. They never answer their phones snd are damaging businesses all over Australia keep away from them and run to the hills when you hear fast way / slowest way couriers

I booked (through Transdirect) for fastway to show up on Tuesday to pick up my package. The courier never showed up! I re-booked for Wednesday and it was a no show again! I re-booked for Friday and the courier never showed up and it was 3:30pm so I decided to cancel this booking and send it via Australia Post!

USELESS they were supposed to pick my parcel up on MONDAY didn鈥檛 turn up finally late Tuesday they turn up to pick it up they took it all the way to the Dandenong DEPO when they could have delivered it on their way to Keysborough where is was supposed to be delivered then instead of delivering it the next day they said I had to wait another 24 hours for it to be delivered and today still hasn鈥檛 been delivered yet NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COURIER SERVICE STAY RIGHT AWAY FROM THIS LOT YOU WILL BE SORRY IF I WANTED SERVICE THIS POOR I WOULD HAVE JUST SENT IT THROUGH AUS POST
It takes 3 days to get to GYMPIE IN QLD THROUGH COURIERS PLEASE WHAT IS THIS MOB DOING

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE WONT ANSWER THEIR MESSAGES

I have a parcel from Sydney and one from Melbourne that are supposedly coming to me in Perth. Both have currently been in transit for almost 1 month, no tracking updates nothing., they don't even know where they are I just keep getting told to wait 3 more days. They blame Covid but everybody else seems to be no more than a couple of days late.

Got a text to say they will deliver my item last Friday, nothing was delivered waited around all Monday rang them and they say they will deliver it sometime this week!???? I live in an apartment there is no safe place for them to leave it. It is now Thursday. I got another email saying I'm getting it today I rearranged appointments and work and waited around all day AGAIN. It is now 5:38pm and still no delivery. The tracking site placed the driver in my suburb hours ago and says now the truck is half way across Sydney. Their customer service line is now closed. I am beyond furious. I understand there are delays due to Covid but how about some decent customer service or maybe employ more drivers seeing as half of Sydney is unemployed.

Might have changed your name to Aramex – and rebranded – shame you haven't changed your level of service – shocking. Unable to get a delivery date – might be today, possibly tomorrow…so I am meant to stay in, stop all plans and work to be able to take delivery at "sometime"….or I can travel 25 kms to pick it up from the depot – that is not a DELIVERY service. Can't even confirm if the parcel will be left as per instruction if I have to step out. I am going to have to start checking with companies before ordering to ensure they are not using this company so I don't have to deal with them.
Got your reply – within mere hours of me positing the review – I wish you would spend as much effort on actually delivering parcels as I am still waiting for this one – and our last one was sent back to the UK – no attempt, no card, no follow up – just sent back!!!

Last two purchases I made through ebay were sent through Fastway and both the time I noticed the status to be 'Tried delivering but nobody at home, left calling card'.

First of all they never gave any intimation of date/time for us make some arrangement to ensure somebody at home. No idea why can't they do this when they have our contact detail. Secondly, there is always we had somebody at home thinking that there could be deliveries as were had ordered few stuffs. So, I could not believe their version of attempt. Above all, there was no calling card in my postbox. Not sure if they are using this tactics to buy time.

I had to call up they depot to get calling card number and then as advised I had to go online and reschedule the delivery.

Next time when I buy stuff, I will ensure to instruct the shop not to send it through Fastway for sure.

As a small business, I need to get my parcels out on time. I understand day's delay as couriers are busy and traffic can get in the way of things but Fastway take it to a whole new level.

21 days is the record for not having my parcels picked up even after multiple reassurances.

Each and EVERY pick up is at least 3-4 days and I have had many drivers lie re attempted pick up where the parcel 'was not ready for collection'. I have security cameras and they never show up.

Also drivers unable to find my huge carport with parcels under a large 'COURIER PICK UP' sign.

Totally disgraceful. If I had any other choices for couriers to many locations, I would take them.
Alas Aus Post are just as bad and WAY more expensive.

Truly terrible service.

Contacted local courier direct last Friday and they said coming that day Really!!?? Now doesn't answer the phone. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life and I use couriers on a weekly basis. I repeat… NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! They are an absolute disgrace.

Ordered 1 x 5 Lt bottle of sanitizer never turned up my tracking history stated after almost 3 weeks no one at delivery address parcel was taken back to fastway couriers bendigo depot and could be colected from their id been home all week no courier turned up and my box wasn't carded i wondered what was going on i contacted i tryed calling fastways in Bendigo 15 times over 10 days but each time get the automated messsge telling all out operators are busy and one will be with you shortly you stay on the line for 10 to 15 min the music stops playing the ph starts ringing and then it runs you back through the same message again running a loop i contacted the supplier and told them my box wasn't carded iv been home all week and my parcel was taken back to fastways depot in Bendigo and they want me to pick it up from there i explained this was a 2 1/2 hour round trip they supplier was the best couldn't do enough to help me they said we can give you a refund or post out another item i asked them to post another 5Lt container of sanitizer out but to a different address because this is a business and is always open the supplier said that will go out today and if i happened to go to Bendigo in the near future to call into Fastways and collect the first item and i could have this at no charge for the inconvenience around 2 weeks later my tracking history told me my parcel had been delivered at the new address on the 9/8/20 this was a sunday and fastway couriers don't deliver Sunday's their was nothing at the new address so i waited all day monday and still nothing turned up i drove to fastways Bendigo to retrieve both parcels i rand the bell on the door and waited 5 to 6 min the door opened up 1/2" and it was what can i do for you i started to explain the tracking messages i got and i was told i don't need to know that i just need the tracking N0 this lady was rude rude rude 10 min standing there waiting when 2 other guys pulled up also waiting for assistance and one guy wasn't happy his parcel was also missing this rude lady came back cracked the door open and told me my items were destroyed i said what do you mean destroyed it was classed as dangerous goods and its been destroyed i said well my tracking history said my first order was brought back to this depot and now you telling me you've destroyed it the second tracking history stated the delivery had been made sunday rubbish she said we don't deliver sundays i said well its Monday and still nothing has been delivered but it stated in my tracking history it's been dropped off she said both parcels had been destroyed i asked why no one answers the ph here as iv been trying to contact fastway couriers for the past 10 days and no one takes my call rubbish she told me i was calling the wrong N0 i opened my call log read the number out to this rude… she said it was correct i asked her what gives you the right to destroy customers property she said it was classed as dangerous goods i said if that was the case why would you pick it up in the first place she then told me that the package had been disguised i told her i don't believe that and she slammed the door shut as i was getting in my car one of the other customers that had been waiting for service said to me their never using this in not so many nice words… again and said did your stuff go missing to no it was destroyed that old chestnut he said burst open and leaking i said well they destroyed it saying it was dangerous goods sounds like he was fed up with this courier service i sat in my car and listen to her arguing with this guy while i rang my supplies to inform them both parcels had been destroyed and their company had implicated in a cover up he said what your been accused of disguising the parcels he told me they were 2x 5Lt bottles of sanitizer with the postal info stuck on the back of the containers he said they were not boxed wrapped just the container as you see it in the pic he said they had tried several times to call fastways after my first contact to get it sorted he said we email them and still hasn't got a reply back he said they would refund the money and open an investigation as they have had no problems with the same items being delivered before but to much stuff going missing or destroyed

If I could give less than one star I would. Have had items from this appalling company before. They took three weeks to track down. Latest Item collected from Yarra Valley and took four days to arrive in Kew Victoria, an hours drive away. Other item collected same day still hasn鈥檛 arrived five days later. How they are still in business amazes me. Has caused distress.

My delivery was marked as " we tried to deliver but there was something wrong with your phone number…." I was home all day nobody showed up or call me, maybe it was close to finish time so the driver decided to mark that delivery attempt done and just go home early, coz it looks like it. Once I contact company by email I've got replay and that person was helpful but all together fastway it's a joke.

This has been the worst deliver expierience I have ever had. No communication at all, no accountability, lies and cover ups. Caught them tossing cards without knocking several times, and when I called them out they went into their CRM and fiddled with the date and time stamps! If I rate them 0/5 I would. You have one job

Facts:
– Poor communication
– Charge extra for so called delivery zones not in their radius
– Even when you agree to this require authority from another depot before a delivery can be made
– Did i mention poor communication? Ask you to email them or message them take days upon days to get back to you.

How is this a courier company?

Australia Post for the win. There is good reason why Australia Post shops doesn't accept Fastway products – they don't want to be associated or seen with service this atrocious.

This is the most disrespectful and downright useless courier company in Australia. No wonder there is a sea of one star reviews. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!!! Don't be fooled by their name change, they still have the same useless staff.

If you had negative ratings, I would use them.

Cant give zero….dont even want to put one got no choice.

Waited for a parcel to be delivered, stayed home….online staus said delivered…they cant be contacted in weekends…not even a 24/7 help line…cant call the delivery driver as their number is the depots….called them up on a monday morning…then spoke to a lady who was, how do i say this nicely…..the least interested in my problem…anyhoo….found out the delivery driver had delivered my parcel somewhere else….how he got the street names and suburb COMPLETELY wrong ill never know. Still waiting for them to call me back in regards to what is happening…the parcels contents was a birthday present….the birthday was 2 days ago……not impressed at all….i hope to never deal with this inadequate delivery service ever again.

Only 1 of two parcels delivered. Checked the tracking number online it says both were delivered. No phone number working to contact and the email customer service is brutal. Still waiting almost 2 weeks later and heard nothing yet.

Items never arrive on time. I've had to contact support 4 times in the past 18 months to dispute why my items are always so late. The support team are rude, have zero care whatsoever and never have answers for why I'm always left having to contact them. Words cannot describe how abysmal I've found my experiences with this company. I suggest pausing the millions of dollars you are investing in your name change, how about putting it into creaitng infrastructure that actually works?
