The couriers are friendly but the service overall could do with some improvements. Seemingly take forever to process parcels and things sent via them never seem to arrive on time.

Helpful, friendly service. I order all the time and never has any issues. If I鈥檓 out the driver will leave in my recycling bin so I don鈥檛 have to wait. Happy customer

Worst courier I have ever dealt with, I was sitting outside my house with the front door open all day yet the courier didn't go anywhere near my property and instead left my package it sitting in the middle of the public road near my house where its likely been ran over and knocked into the river. Customer service has been a total pain to deal with and have basically said its not there problem and that I should to go ask the seller about my package.

Horrible. Horrible service. First time i used them i was advised my parcel was left in a safe place for it to be left on my door step. Second time im made sure it was being delivered on a week i was off, i was sitting in my living room watched the delivery driver walk in my garden go to just leave it on our trampoline. No knock or anything over 拢500 of goods. DO NOT USE THEM

Indescribably awful.

I've now been forced to use these clowns twice now as a result of international shipments. Best make damned sure that you're at home for the first delivery attempt (if they even attempt delivery) otherwise there's a very good chance that you'll never see the item again! The facility on their website for redelivery lets you pick a date and then they don't arrive. You ring them and get given excuses or are told to pick up your package from their office. Which is only open during business hours. WHEN MOST PEOPLE ARE AT WORK.

Utterly clueless, if I worked for this company I wouldn't be able to look my family in the eye anymore. If you're a sender, use *LITERALLY ANYBODY ELSE* for your deliveries. You could even try throwing them, they'd be more likely to reach their destination that way.

I ordered a tracksuit from sports direct. Contacted fast way several times to ask where the package was. Delivery arrived week later and to top it off the courier sent it to my next door neighbour's house.

Fastway provided appalling service. An email dated 15/12 stated that it would be delivered within 1-2 days. It wasn't. Started phoning them on 20/12. Tried to call the delivery driver (numbers on the Fastway website). Vans broken down, not my problem, I don't have it etc. Phoned the main office to find it wasn't with the drivers on the website. Guy in office tracked down another driver who said he would be there in a day or two. Pointed out that this was a work address and was shutting that afternoon for Christmas. Turned out driver was only 10 minutes away and was able to bring it round. Lovely C class Mercedes (with Taxi plates), no uniform or badge on the driver to identify the company and I was asked to sign on the back of a page. Contacted Sports Direct to complain who replied that the courier company couldn't find my parcel and did I want a refund or for it to be redelivered!!

I bought stuff from sport direct and got them delivered directly to my house they were delivered by fastway couriers omg they were delivered to my house on Friday 2/12/16 I was at home but my son was out and when he came home he brought in 2 packages with him he told me that they were left at my front door I was so mad at this cause I was in h ok me and no one knock on my door anyone could of walked away with my stuff I will never ever use them again never been very careful if ur using this company they should be better that than the delivery man should have knock on my door and waited for an answer he should have never ever left them on the ground at my front door anyone could have walked away with them

I ordered an item online and it had to be delivered by Fastway. I knew when my package was going to be delivered so I stayed at home all day waiting for delivery. I received a phone call from them saying they couldn't come to my house to deliver my package. So instead of dropping it off at my house they dropped it off at my brothers work place! When I got my package it was very dirty and the plastic around my package had holes in it. It looked as though someone was trying to see what was inside. I was very angry by this and complained but it got me no where as they said I received my package and they had done their job!

Received opened parcel, with item missing from it.
Companies should be more careful on who they choose to deliver their items sold online.

I used to send all of my parcels with fastways but their service really started to deteriorate and parcels would arrive late and/or damaged. I would never send with them again.

Service was good and the local courier was very good.

The local customer service staff were very poor.

Making a claim for a lost or damaged parcel is a nightmare, after six months I still hadn't received a refund and I think I had to threaten them with further action before they finally refunded the money. From what I have read this certainly wasn't uncommon.

You loose all of your books of stamps if the franchise closes as I found out to the cost of about 拢500.

Doesn't seem to be any main office contact details for Fastway Couriers UK anywhere, not even an email address.

It looks like from their website that there are only two franchises left!?
There were about 30 a year ago. If that is right, it says it all.
