Placed an order over a month before Christmas. The four items were in stock according to their site. Contacted Fat Brains 4 times and was assured the items would be in on their truck in a couple of days and shipped. By the fifth contact with them, three days before Christmas, I am finally told that these are only estimates when an item will be available to ship.

Never have I ever had worst customer service. The way they handled my return was not how they portray to be, then gave me gift certificate, less shipping, back to the company, after prices were high, instead of giving me my money back. Never will I shop here again

I have purchased many items from Fat Brain Toys for my grandchildren and for some friends. each item was processed and delivered (correctly, each time) in remarkably quick time. In most cases my order was on its way the same day I placed it (even custom name items – all correct as well). Each age-appropriate item I have purchased has been terrific. I wish every company was as efficient and talented as these folks are. This is a great company to order from; you won;t be disappointed.

I wanted to get educational gifts for my grandchildren this past Christmas. This cite came up on my google search and I was pleased that there were good ideas for different age groups. I placed a couple of orders and was happy with the pricing as well as the efficient delivery of the gifts. My grandchildren have given their gifts great reviews which makes me want to order from Fat Brain toys in the future.

I've been shopping with Fat Brain Toys for over 14 years. Not one single time have I been disappointed. I've found every single person that works there to be knowledgable about their products and efficient in handling my order. I always leave the store or on line shop feeling like a valued customer. I don't buy toys any place else.

Horrible customer service! Just got off the phone with Becky the Customer Service Specialist. They apparently don鈥檛 what customer service is. I ordered two gifts that were supposed to come yesterday and never arrived. UPS had no further information. I asked to reorder the items and have Fat Brain toys pay to have it here overnight so i would have the gifts on time for a party this weekend and Becky said no. I will never buy from Fat Brain toys again. This is why small businesses go out of business. So disappointed.

When I need a gift or am donating a toy somewhere, this is my go to place to shop. They have many unique items I can't find elsewhere and the shipping is fast and cheap. However if I am looking for an item that is easy to find elsewhere, I won't buy it here. Their prices are at times a bit higher than Amazon or local stores.

These guys really helped my kid evolve with their products. I love the concept and they do the rest with service and a very informative website.

I've shopped for grandkids from fatbraintoys.com for the last 6 years. Not 1 complaint, I place an order and within a few hours the order is shipped. This year I placed on order on a Wednesday and it arrived on Friday! Shipping is across the board at $3.95! I have had to call CS to help placing an order to an AFO in Europe, rep walked me through the process and it shipped the next day! Grandkids ALWAYS love the gifts for Christmas/Birthdays and other adults always ask where do I find these items.

Other retailers could take notice…..you listening Gap.com???

I like Fatbrain Toys for their educational toy selection with toys that target and enhance developmental skills appropriately. The site is very user-friendly with the ability for many different search options such as age, gender, best sellers, what's new, etc. They seem to be on target for age based on my personal experience. A great site for reference when buying gifts as well.

Bought personalized name puzzle for my niece and it turned out better then I expected. It is much bigger then I thought. The letters are thick enough for her small hands, and large enough so can't choke on them. The quality is good and the puzzle smelled good when I opened the package. Delivery was very fast too, just a few days. Will shop there again.

Our orders were confirmed, estimated ship dates sent, confirmation of ship dates sent, and a follow up message after every order to ensure all items had been received.

If you are looking for unique items for kids — this is the place to look.

Here is the best part, Fat Brain wants people to leave good and bad feedback regarding the items they carry. We bought a solar kit from them that, unfortunately, was poor quality due to the manufacturing of the individual pieces. We wrote a scathing review of this one item in our order. Fat Brain obviously checks out the reviews because after our posting, THEY contacted US and appologized for the poor quality of the item and gave us the option of contacting the manufacturer or contacting them for a replacement kit — no questions asked!!! THAT is GREAT customer service!
