Fathom Bracelets

I have placed an order in April and neither received products nor money.
Supposedly they lost my shipment and sent another one. I requested my money back and on multiple occasions contacted them on instagram and email. The removed me from instagram so I am not able to ensure other people stay away from this fraud!
Be careful, it is scam!

DO NOT BUY!
all the good reviews they wrote themselves. All around the same period. Almost every day in the same month novemver 2018.

Quality sucks, customers service sucks, all and all not recommending.

Perplexing public relations

I received an email sent to my photographer account, saying

"I'm reaching out today on behalf of our brand… as we're looking for contact creators with an active community, like your own, to join our Ambassador program…"

I ignore most such approaches but I liked the apparent emphasis on handcrafting and felt the bracelets would be something I could occasionally feature and promote on shoots, so I accepted the invitation.

I signed up and entered necessary personal info including bank details (for referral payment).

A few days went by and the account had still not been activated so I made contact with them, to be told

"Your application was disapproved by our verification team…"

What?
You invite… Then reject…

Just seems a crazy way of building trust in a brand…

If there was a No star rating then Fathom Bracelets would have got one as Meha who works in customer service has just informed me by email that they only expect the rose gold plating to last for 6 months and after that they do not care about you as they now have your money – do not buy from them as they have no regard for customer service and their products which are supposedly rose gold plated are in fact NOT – it is not true, I have had a Goldsmith look at their Rose gold plated stainless steel thimble and he is prepared to state in writing that they are deceiving people with that description.

Great product the quality is fantastic and the bracelets look great.
Speedy delivery time which makes a happy customer.
Hope to deal with again.

Excellent product, although relatively simple in nature the main part of it – the metal buckle in my case feels really well made and won't just come apart like other cheaper variants I've bought in the past.

I was first bought a fathom bracelet for Christmas last year, however I somehow managed to lose it. I loved it so much that I decided to purchase another one. The brown leather/suede with the black is perfect. My only wish, is that they were easier to adjust the size of. Will definitely be purchasing more!

I bought this as a present so I haven鈥檛 opened it. In the photo it looks beautiful but I鈥檓 really just reviewing the service. I was generally pleased with that but was slightly surprised to find that I had been charged two extra charges by my bank. One for a Non GB purchase fee and the other for a Non GB transfer fee which then made the bracelet even more expensive!

This is the 4th Fathom bracelet I have bought – brilliant service & smart packaging – perfect present for Godchildren – I have six, so two more to buy for! Thank you!

Very good. Love the classic one (for my son)… not sure about the new design, a bit small and cord very thin, so am exchanging that one for a classic (for myself!)… can't wait for it to arrive.
