It was very easy to put together and the instructions were very easy to follow but is a 2 person job which we expected for such a big item. I have no complaints so far but it has only be up for 1 day but it looks very sturdy so hopefully it will last for many years to come. It is alot bigger than i expected so It is well worth the money.

They normally offer a delivery time of 10-15 days but this was moved to 15-20 days due to 'covid' yet my item was received by the delivery company until 28 working days with then another couple of days being added on for them to fit me in and deliver it.
Then it arrived damaged, 2 main beams damaged with chunks missing out of them, 3 slat pieces were damaged and 1 piece was missing completely – after sending photos on email I was told it would be put into production 3 days later and would be sent out in the post.
After not hearing anything a week later I chased with a phone call to be told it hadn't gone into production yet to which I asked for a manager to call or email me but yet again nothing.
Finally the damaged and missing pieces arrived 13 days later.
So overall from purchase date to a date I could actually build the item I have had to wait 9 weeks!!!!
Not even an apology has been offered from the company for the inconvenience caused.
It's also worth noting that they inflate costs and publish false marketing messages for the price the jungle gym normally is and discounts etc – there 'normal price' changes regularly so before buying keep checking over a couple weeks and you will save yourself the best part of 拢200

To avoid huge disappointment for yourselves and your children avoid purchasing from fat moose , we ordered a river run xxl at a cost of 拢839 gbp , this was for our son鈥檚 birthday- it took 6 weeks to arrive but when it did arrive we were quite shocked , firstly it was loose so up to 40-50 pieces of wood off loaded one by one , we identified straight away several missing parts and wrote this on the delivery note and contacted fat moose , we had booked a joiner to erect the climbing frame and as well as the missing parts he raised several quality issues ( cracked wood , damaged wood , incorrectly cut wood , etc etc etc we raised this with fat moose straight away on the 1st July ) . The customer service is awful , and it takes a long time to get a basic response , after a few days we were offered a 拢50 refund and a long wait for missing parts to be sent , after a lot of chasing as of today 17/07/2020 we still have no refund and our son has no climbing frame . We offered last week to replace the parts ourself ( joiner going to local timer yard ) but again all we got was a complete lack of understanding or empathy from fat moose – we confirmed they need to collect the pile of wood and fully refund , after chasing 5 times for info on collection we were told a courier would collect the loose wood and only when received in Germany would we get a refund, the courier arrived today and refused to take the wood !! , we have emailed fat moose 5 times today with no response!! , an appalling company to deal with with poor quality products . Our son has no climbing frame and 17 days after raising all the issues we still are fighting for responses from fat moose , we will keep you posted as the days pass !! But don鈥檛 make the same mistake we did and buy from these fools .

Getting through to customer service wasn鈥檛 always the quickest process but I was able to get all my queries answered either via telephone or email.
There was confusion at one point after paying where an email stating 鈥減ayment still required鈥?was received. This was a problem at Fatmoose鈥檚 end that they are aware of where orders are duplicated in their system, one goes in as paid and one goes in unpaid. They were able to easily rectify this when I called them.
Communication about delivery isn鈥檛 ideal.
Overall delivery took about 6 weeks. Delivery time advised was only 4-5 weeks but considering the implications of this pandemic I think an extra week to wait was acceptable.
I received an email to say my order had left their factory and a courier email would follow, this wasn鈥檛 received. About 5 days later I received another email saying 鈥淕reat news you鈥檒l soon be able to build鈥?but still no actual delivery details. The product then turned up unannounced the next day, luckily I was in, so be aware of this if ordering.
Finally with regard to the delivery, I ordered some ground anchors to go with the frame but these didn鈥檛 arrive and has had to be chased up with Fatmoose.
The reasons stated above are the only reason I wouldn鈥檛 give 5 stars.
As for the product itself I am very happy with it. I bought the Crazy Coconut XXL which took me alone 12 hours to build, this is inclusive of all the fabric that has to be manually cut also. It鈥檚 not ideal having to cut these but it鈥檚 made clear on many occasions in the reviews so anyone ordering should be aware of this up front anyway.
The swing beam is a nice strong piece of 4 x 4 timber but having my nephew swing on it (he is a tad older than the advised age) I did notice some flex in the beam that I wasn鈥檛 keen on. I bought a piece of 90mm steel flat bar and screwed this onto the back of the beam for extra rigidity, it鈥檚 absolutely solid now and will take extra weight no problem.
My two kids 6 and 4 absolutely love it and their reaction was priceless. Very pleased I bought from Fatmoose.

I will change this to 5 star once built, only came yesterday so haven鈥檛 built yet. But overall I think it鈥檚 been a good experience, the waiting times are to be expected during a global pandemic.

The customer service is beyond terrible, I called in because of a few questions for a product, the CS agent would answer with yes or no but had absolutely no idea and seemed absolutely unwilling to help and unkeen to have a customer on the phone. The Delivery took longer than stated whoch is alright given the situation, but the delivery guy arrived at the house without any prior call or email or anything, luckily we were home. (Some people are still working!)
The wodden pieces were mostly green and had splits in it whoch was explained on the page why, but most of them the wrong sice, no holes pre drilled, we had different size screws delivered than stated in the manual, and the manual was beyond confusing.
The decorations weren't even pre cut, for that price of this product not ok.
After ordering i recieved an email saying we could win the money back with writing a review. Even if its tempting I can't write a good review as in my opinion this product is way to expensive for what you get delivered.

We bought the Clever Climber a month or so ago and it's been great. Putting it together took my wife and I a couple days. We took it slowly as we didn't want to mess up the build, and we still wanted to be talking to each other after.
The wood is good quality. The fixtures and fittings are sturdy. The kids have played on it every day and it's robust and has held up well.
A few things:
Make sure you have all the tools to complete the build – a good drill, socket set, etc.
Oh, and you need to buy the ground anchors and postcrete them in – I don't feel that it's optional.

Great product, kids love it, not to difficult to assemble, would reccomend 2 people to build it.
Company have been easy to deal with.
4 stars because it took 6 weeks to arrive, which really isn't to bad considering current circumstances. There is one piece of wood has a split in it, waiting for response regarding a replacement section.

I purchased a swing and paid via PayPal. I appreciate there are delays due to covid but I鈥檝e waited 4 weeks for a dispatch note. This is a bday present. I can鈥檛 get in touch with the company, they don鈥檛 respond to emails. They have my money and no swing or at least communication! I鈥檝e had to go elsewhere for a swing and now raising a dispute via PayPal.

I'm now trying to get my money from the bank. Everyone with a bad experience should leave reviews everywhere, they seem to have turned to fraud now even if they used to be good previously.

I have now had two emails stating they will cancel the order unless I pay even though payment has already been made and I have sent them proof of this.
I suggest avoiding this company as I've seen on their fb profile since ordering my climbing frame that this has happened to others.
No response from their customer service since I sent the first emails apart from second email chasing payment!
