I ordered and received my parts satisfactorily but after finding that one faucet cartridge did not turn the way I had expected I ordered a different one and returned the other. In this exchange I paid again for the new part with the understanding that I would be reimbursed for the returned part minus a 20% restocking fee. This seemed reasonable.
Since having returned the part, the company has not returned my phone calls or emails. One phone clerk simply tells me she knows nothing of the return and the person who I had spoken to will not return my calls, then hangs up on me. BUYER BE WARE.
