Faultless Caster

The casters I bought are *not* made in China! I avoid supporting communism whenever I can. Watch what you purchase, because not all of their products are made in the USA. The casters I bought (for a few dollars more than the communist casters) are very high quality and work flawlessly.

Cancelled the order.. Takes to long for product to get deliveried.
Web site never updates information.

Fair Price, On time delivery, Good Product. Would have given 5 stars but one of the casters was missing the grip ring on the fastening post.

Update鈥he day after seeing my original 4 Star review, I received an email from Jacob at Faultless Caster. He informed me that a replacement was on the way. Super customer service updated my review to 5 stars. I highly recommend this company.

Fast and accurate ship. Good value.
Only suggestion is send out tracking information. Will use Fautless again for my caster wheels needs.

I ordered 4 of the Shepherd Ball Casters in satin chrome. These were for an antique dresser I refinished. They are beautiful! The finish is deep and lustrous. I was very impressed. They function well too. Very smooth rolling. I only got an order confirmation when I placed the order, but never a shipping confirmation. So I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up only 4 days later. I would recommend Faultless Caster, especially for these particular casters.

I ordered these casters on November 13th.and was not shipped until December 2nd. Disgusting customer service.

The order was initially lost.

After about 10 days I contacted them and found they had lost the order. They did work hard to get me the order by the next day.

Item was exactly as described and worked great.

Good fit. I found the 3-D model helpful in determining which casters would be best – I was able to open it in blender 2.8, and get the measurements to compare with existing equipment that I planned on retro-fitting without removing them from existing equipment. Good job on Faultless Caster to provide 3-D models of their products for this propose – even though I am certain they were intended to be used for designers. I love using these kinds of resources "off-book".

My only complaint was that I called the 800 number on the site to ask questions about the product and talked to somebody at a distributor who was not the distributor who ended up fulfilling the order, so when I called back to track the order, it was a bit of a ordeal to figure out where it was, etc. The person at the original distributor was extremely helpful in tracking down where my order actually was, but it was just a bit confusing. In the end, the product was just what I needed and worked great!

Still don't have my order. I ordered some compression casters almost a month ago and they've been delayed at the factory three times now. I appreciate that Customer Service has been keeping me updated and notified about the delays, but that doesn't help me with getting my order. I've had to turn to another company and am hoping the order shows up at some point.

I PLACED AN ORDER ON 10/03/19. IT IS NOW 10/31/19 AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER. TRIED CALLING YESTERDAY TO JUST HAVE THE PHONE RING AND RING AND RING AND NOBODY ANSWERED.

It took a month to receive the four casters I ordered and when receive I had to remove the brake from two of the four so the wheel would turn smoothly.

I still have not received the castors its been a couple weeks now.

I never received my order. I ordered some casters 3-4 weeks ago, and I was charged for the order by I never received it. I called an emailed multiple times, but I could not get a hold of them. I'm going to dispute the credit card charges unless I hear back from them soon.

Edit: They finally got back to me today and gave me a shipping date.

They called me to authorize a substitution (4 casters with locking devices instead of 2 with and 2 without) so my order could arrive (without additional cost to me) in a more timely manner. Ultimately I received my original order, which was fine. I appreciated that they made the effort to expedite my order.
