The order took forever. The items were not as advertised. What was supposed to be linen, was I don't even know what. Their website claims that you can return items. When I tried to return, they were not at all helpful and offered me $ 4 off of $100 purchase. I had the items removed from my credit card for return, and they just recharged them. I think that's a horrible way to do business. Don't trust them.

This website is a SCAM! My Mom ordered a $100+ worth of items from this website. First of all, shipping took forever! It arrived after more than a month. Second, items delivered isn't complete. Third, the items look nothing than the items on their website. The item is cheaply made and so crappy looking. Fourth, they didn't refund the amount of the item they didn't ship out. Fifth, the return policy is so crappy and they won't help you at all. Sixth, they will charge your credit card again with no apparent reason. THIS BUSINESS IS BEING RUN BY A SCAMMER!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My items came 3 weeks later and the "linen" items that I ordered that looked cute were actually The worst fitting parachute fabric clown clothes that I am apparently stuck with. No return policy or even a number to call. Lesson learned.

I am getting a run around trying to return some items. They will not give me an address to send the returns. They have asked for pictures of what I would like to return. I have complied with that request sending three pictures already! Now they are telling me I am beyond the 2 week return window. I have been working on this for almost a month. I am sure it is going nowhere. They need to be reported to the authorities!

I was terribly unhappy with Favcomfy. Although the tops I ordered were cute, they did not fit, so I tried to return them. All the customer service people did was argue and give me the runaround. They repeatedly told me to take a picture of the problem, which I did not because they simply did not fit. They also repeatedly told me that I should have checked their measurement chart, which did not help. The tops fit through the bust, but were too tight on my waist, and they give no measurent for the waist on their tops. They told me they would have to send them back to China and it would be very expensive. They encouraged me to give the tops away. They finally offered a $3 refund and said I could keep them. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. They have no intention of allowing people to return items.

I ordered 6 items, one in error. After weeks and weeks I received 4, two were okay. Of the two not okay, one was a flimsy cheap material and heither fit. No invoice was included and i cannot get staus on the missing items. I have requsted return info and they have said my reason isn't good enough. They also sufgested i just donate them
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY OPERATE UNDER VARIOUS NAMES BUT ARE ALL JUNK.

Same as Darlene…I fell for the pop-up ad on my phone and ordered several items at the beginning of May. They charged my credit card IMMEDIATELY but I have had to email them and fight for my items. They finally arrived but the sizing is very, very strange. The tags inside the clothing look like someone just sewed them in in their basement. I learned my lesson.

Unfortunately, I bought several women's clothing items from a popup ad on my phone. Took months to receive any items, and then only a couple at a time. Still haven't received one item. No packing slip for returns was included with any parcels. Sizes on many items were WAY off. After MUCH email correspondence trying to obtain info on how to return, they would not answer my very direct questions. Was very frustrating; have never dealt with a company like this one. Finally determined they were stonewalling me on purpose and had no intent to allow a return. I gave up but wanted future consumers to beware.
