I'm an old customer, bought at least 3 times and was extremely happy up to now (will make myself clear here: if I get the missing item within 15 days I'll be more than happy to update my review).

I purchased a hoodie (JET BLACK DRAWSTRING HOODIE) and 2 t-shirts. I got the 2 t-shirts (as usual, good quality but the piece I wanted the most wasn't there in the package – the hoodie. Instead, what I see on the invoice is: will be shipped soon. My first reaction was to go to Trust Pilot and check whether other people faced the same problem and guess what – it did happen to others.

In one of the reviews here I saw: pre-order items cannot be shipped before it gets to our location or something of the sort. However, the hoodie I previously mentioned does not have information nor details that it was a pre-order one.

Final word: FRUSTRATION. According to the automatic response, they process emails within 72h. I'll keep y'all up to date and will keep updating this post.

I ordered 2 times.
First time they didnt send me the stuff i ordered.

Second time they only sent half of my order and they put a stamp with "will be shipped soon" on the bill
Now its been 2 weeks and i still didnt get a message from them.

Quality is good but the logistics and customer service is terrible

I will never order agin

I ordered something in the wrong size by mistake, so I sent it back with paid shipping. Instead of accepting the refund, they sent me the package back instead and refuse to give me a refund.

Placed an order got a confirmation email.Got confirmation when it had been shipped and it arrived a few days later.I thought it would take longer.The item was exactly as pictured and good quality.I have no issues.I was a bit worried due to negative reviews but my experience has been positive.I don't usually do reviews but thought I needed to say that everything was fine with my order.

Unbelievable, not only did it take them more than 6 weeks to ship my clothes, but also they didn麓t even reply to my mails. On top of that, they were responding to me in such an unpolite way, I actually never write reviews, but this one got me worked up real bad. No more Favela for me, stay in the brazilian slums

Quality of the prints is very bad. Also the size table is not European. I always wear size L, but the shirts that I received from Favela were like a XXL. I wanted to Send the shirts back for a refund, but the retour form is in German, so I can鈥檛 understand a word. I contacted the brand thru Instagram, but the only thing they say is 鈥渓ook on our site鈥? but the site is bad translated and not customer friendly. This brand is not ready for any other market as the German market.

I already ordered the third time in a couple of months and i can for real say its my favorit clothing brand! Fitting and quality is just unmatched no china stuff but german handmade quality, price is perfekt – i would rather get a few shirts from favela than one expensive designer shirt?
Support is also great, keep it up guys!

The hoodie I ordered is literally the best I鈥檝e ever received 🙂
Came out as described and even better
Quality is amazing

Waiting already a Month for a Tshirt and a Hoodie. And after reading the comments on some of their Instaposts I acknowledged I鈥檓 not the only one waiting this long… smh…

Literally took them 4 months to ship me some shorts. When they arrived they turned out to be some other shorts that I didn't even order. I dont even need shorts anymore, it's almost halloween! Worst online shopping experience ever.
