Unprofessional, rude and left me completely stranded without an end of tenancy cleaning service due to a fault with their card system..? Turned up, refused to start work demanding I paid upfront remainder of fee,(had already paid deposit). No warning of this prior to my or their arrival. I asked them to complete the job first before final payment for my consumer protection, as not paying by card and me not being present for end of clean. They refused. After trying to amicably discuss with both the cleaner and then their office over the phone for 30 mins. They decided to leave and left me completely stranded on an already stressful and tight move day. Thanks guys! I would probably recommend avoiding.
