I think that the best way to gauge the quality of an online shop is when something goes wrong. One of my orders got lost and Fawkes-Cycles were very helpful and quick with sending the replacement shipment. That then turned up within 24h (as the first one should have). So, I'm very happy with the service I got from these guys.

Item is as advertised but i feel postage / delivery was a bit slow. There was also no communication about dispatch or when it will arrive etc etc. I think amazon just spoils us with great service in that regard.
