Came out of a bankrupty in july last year have not received regular since mortgage statement since october last year also we sent a escrow check back to them that was date on 8-15-2018 on 4-3-2019 to be reissused to us and still we have not received our check as of today 5-17-2019 everytime we call they keep telling us wait 10 days we ask also a mortgage statement be sent on the 3rd of april still nothing we like to know if this company is real or fake we cant get a straight answer out them it like no one knows what the other department in this company is doing so we have not sent another payment for this month until we find out it this company is real can you help us.This problem happen all because our bankruptcy law office held to this check from last year (the law office of tracy brown here in st.Louis mo 63117
