I ordered a helmet and goggles in April, it鈥檚 now almost June and I have yet to receive my package . When I checked the tracking of my package it says the same thing it said back in April . My order info has yet to change .

have bought some pants that should be changed to some smaller ones

they received my package 21 days ago and they still haven't processed my order

Jacket didn't fit (much too small) despite having previously purchased the same size made by the same manufacturer from another supplier.

Yes, I did get a refund on the jacket but not on the delivery or return costs.

Would I shop with FC-Moto again? Probably not.

At first, they could not send an order for a very long time
Then the order was sent, but for some reason he returned back to the warehouse. They told me that they can鈥檛 deliver, they will cancel the order and return the money.
30.04 Now – no money, no goods.

Fast delivery. All is in order. Will recommend to anyone:-)

Ordered size 44 moto pants and sent size 28 and they want 200.00 to send back.
These guys don't know what there doing.

As advertised, up front regarding shipping, etc. Would purchase from them again.

I make my first purchase, and receive the helmet in the wrong color, great incompetents.

Now I have to pay a high amount to return, making it the most expensive helmet.

Tracking… how does one track an order?

I wrote into FC Moto and the response (a day later only) said "the tracking order number is contained in the email"

WHERE?? I tried every number, on the DHL websites and nothing worked

How about giving clients a weblink to the tracking? Or even better, PUT IT ON YOUR WEBSITE. It's not rocket science.

order a Schuberth r2 helmet with an advance SC1 communication system.
received in 5 days witch was ok

the worst part is that the communication system is not working at all.
when trying to connect to the power source using the USB cable nothing happens.
Can't use the SCHUBERTHBluetoothDeviceManager because there is no recognition of the device on a laptop.
doesn't turn on, no light to show the connection. nothing.
they have good prices but I hope is not a rip-off with poor return system or refund.
not really happy.
hope they will change it with a new working product as soon as possible.
and can you please use some protective bubble wrap or something to protect the helmets when they are delivered! the item can be damaged or the integrity of the helmet can be damaged from poor packaging!

Great company to deal with and would highly recommend FC-Moto to anybody. Service is prompt and efficient. No issues with returns or exchanges, just as it should be. Often best prices you can find on the web as well.

I did exactly what was recommended in the size chart when buying the boots. I measured my feet looked at the chart and selected the appropriate size ….. too small!! If you are not German what is German sizing. I thought we now had EU sizing as the standard. Confusing!! Cost me $100 dollars to send the boots back and have heard nothing!
