My tile order arrived in a timely manner. After our private installer cancelled on us, I called my salesperson, Ashley, who set up the installation of my kitchen backsplash with one of their installers. I can't say enough about the installer, Louis. He was very professional, meticulous and tidy with the application of our mosaic backsplash tile. I highly recommend FCA, Ashley and Louis.

THE 2 INSTALLERS ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME AND GOT TO WORK. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE AND WHEN DONE PUT IT BACK AND CLEANED UP. THEY USED DROP CLOTHS SO THAT THE FURNITURE DIDN'T HARM THE FLOOR AS WORKING AND MADE IT EASIER FOR THEM TO MOVE THE FURNITURE.

I GOT 2 BEDROOM FLOORS DONE, ONE IN BROWN AND ONE IN GRAY AND THEY LOOK GREAT. WAS A SLIGHT MIX UP ON WHICH COLOR WENT IN WHICH ROOM BUT IT GOT TAKEN CARE OF QUICKLY. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. IF I HAD QUESTIONS THE INSTALLERS ANSWERED THEM TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY. EVEN THE HEAD GUY CAME OUT TOP MAE SURE ALL WAS GOING WELL.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FCA.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. THEY EVEN SWEPT UP IN THE GARAGE WHEN DONE.

Ashley was so helpful. I had no idea where to start. She gave me plenty of options for the 2 rooms i was getting carpet for and around the prices i was trying to stay within. She was very patient and knows her flooring. We will definitely be back to finish the other rooms in our house. She is definitely an asset to your company.

Jina was a wonderful salesperson. She went through all my options in store. She gave me samples to take home. She was communicative and returned my messages promptly.

I was NOT pleased with Jennifer, who coordinated the installation. She originally scheduled my install for two days: July 2nd and 3rd. Then she called back to move it to June 29th and 30th. I was happy with the new date and arranged to have my dogs boarded on July 29th. I had moved much of my personal items and was ready for install on 6/29. But, that morning no one arrived. I phoned the store as soon as possible and was told that someone would call me back. Two hours later, I had no answer. I called again and Jen told me that the install would only take one day and would occur on 6/30. This was a major inconvenience. She never called me to inform me of the change and I was angry that my dogs would be boarded needlessly for that day.

The installers arrived bright and early on 6/30. I am happy with the product and the install. I would have liked them to do a better job cleaning up afterwards, but overall, I am satisfied.

I am a returning customer of FCA. 2 years ago we had a positive experience at this store with Ashley and FCA was the first place I wanted to shop for my recent flooring needs. I appreciate the professionalism and experience that Ashley has and she was most helpful in assisting me with my flooring project. I picked up my product promptly and I am very happy with my purchase.

Jina and all were knowledgeable, helpful and patient; I changed my mind 3 or 4 times before settling on a product. Other people had to chip in to help also because of the covid restrictions. Everyone helped.

Overall experience was enjoyable. Our salesperson Courtney was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We did not feel pressured at any time. We also went into showroom a couple times & Courtney wasn't in, but other associates were always willing to answer our questions. Installation of flooring was as promised & we are very happy with the way it looks.

We came in to look for flooring then when we were paying the deposit, found carpeting for another room and ordered it too. Any time we talked to Jina she was awesome and helpful and answered all our questions. The day of the flooring install, John Feeney and his helper were polite, professional and did a fabulous job!! My flooring is beautiful!! the next day the carpeting was installed and the two installers did a fabulous job as well. And just like Jina said, walking on our new carpeting is like walking on a cloud!! Can't wait for our large remodeling project to be finished so I can show it off to friends and family!!! thank you FCA!!!!!!

Excellent service at the store, the installers were prompt, courteous, and most importantly, they were good at what they do. Dry pleased with the entire experience.

Everyone was just great to deal with, beginning with our salesperson Skip. We also had 2 different installation crews due to 2 types of flooring and both crews were top notch, knew what they were doing and were excellent at their jobs. Super fast, also. Very happy and would highly recommend!

After having a less than positive experience in your store years ago (no purchase made) I was hesitant to return. But I was having a hard time finding berber and a friend highly recommended you. I'm glad I gave you another chance. My entire experience was wonderful. Ashley, in sales, was extremely helpful. Installation worked around my schedule which can be difficult at times. The installers, Jorge and another, were highly efficient and professional. A great experience and would not hesitate to return and recommend.

Everything was great from start to finish. Courtney was awesome and a lot of help!! Our installers were great and really put in the extra effort to make our floors look better than we could expect. Everything exceeded our expectations!!

We were putting down hardwood in our entire house, and as you can imagine, it was a very daunting thought. We went into FCA and Courtney Smith helped us. She was knowledgeable without being condescending. She explained everything clearly, wrote down the quote so there would not be any misunderstanding, and answered all our questions. It was a very pleasant experience. She took the stress level from a 10 to a 3 in minutes.

I wanted to deal with a local company and knew FCA has been in business a long time, but I was fearful the amount of product there would be overwhelming to make a choice. Courtney, however, made it easy by figuring out what was in my head & she narrowed the selections so the whole process was easy & we are pleased with the outcome.

Excellent customer service. Very detailed and understanding since we had water damage and had to replace our carpet in the entire house. We were able to take advantage of their customer appreciation sale and got a great deal on what we wanted too! Very professional, thorough, and friendly installers. Install took an extra day due to the amount of (heavy) furniture we had to move around, but it was worth the extra day for such a great installation. I would highly recommend FCA, Ashley, Jorge, and the rest of the team. Thanks so much for helping our home get back to "normal". We LOVE our new carpeting!

Went in to look to see what they had. We had already looked at another flooring company picked out the floor and scheduled an appt for measuring. To keep our story short we cancelled the other place and went with FCA. Many reasons. Ashley is wonderful to work with. No pressure to purchase anything, was patient with us as I asked many question. I loved the many flooring choices. While we were in there we decided to get a kitchen back splash. Ashley was so helpful with helping us make the best design for our needs.
