I have terrible pain in my feet, and I tried everything I could find on the shelves in every store I could find. When I saw the add for this rub, I had to give it a try, since nothing else seemed to help.What I really love most about it is the fact that there is no smell and it dries within minutes. I can now sleep with little to know pain. I recommend it to everyone, and have even given a few bottles to people I talk to who have never tried it.

For the price I expected it to be on good quality paper not the rag paper that feels rough to the touch. It鈥檚 for seniors and the print is difficult to read. I鈥檓 sure there are great ideas contained in the pages but I鈥檓 having difficulty getting to them

With no guarantees that this book provides remedies to heal anything, it is well put together and provides access to some known and not so known home remedies. I found it interesting and thought-provoking. I would encouage any senior interested in an unofficial guidebook to remedies to purchase and enjoy this book.

This book is easy to read and understand, However it principally addresses Windows 10 which although of merit, is not what we were looking for.
