I have attempted on numerous occasions to have my account put on hold due to Covid-19 Lockdown, in accordance with the FCA, CRA & Government Guidelines they are obliged to freeze payments upon request and permit a minimum of 3 months of none payment.

I have phoned this company and emailed them tirelessly yet their letters become more and more threatening, they also told me that if they take my car back that I will still have to pay half of my contractual agreement less payments already made which is 拢6000+.

Who ever is sending me these letters is an absolute incompetent moron and a complete letdown to society, I am looking forward to standing face to face in civil court for their ignorance to government guidelines and their feeble continual threats.
