I ordered a timing belt kit. Did not receive the belt in the kit. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Plans, schedule everything now out the door.
In their words the belt was "accidentally shorted from your order".
Their service stinks. Check BBB and other review sites.

REVIEW UPDATE: After posting my review the next day I was contacted by a Mr Shane Giumarello via email. He expressed his sincere apology to me for my mishap and explained what had happened at the distributors during the holidays. He also reassured me how valuable his customers are, and that he was going to make things right with my issue. Thank you Shane for reaching out to me and thank you FCP Euro for showing me how valuable your customers are to you.

1st review:
Let me start off by saying that this could have easily been a 5 star review. With that being said I needed to replace the control arms on my Audi but I didn't want to use the OEM parts because the bushings are known to wear out very often on my particular model, so I decided to find a good parts supplier which was FCP Euro. I called FCP Euro the 1st time to verify if the control arm kit I saw on the website would fit my Audi. I was told that it would fit just fine for my Audi and the kit was not VIN# specified so therefore I purchased the kit. After receiving the kit and dropping it off to my mechanic a few days later my mechanic called me to tell me that none of the parts could fit my Audi. I called FCP Euro and spoke to a Mr James Paris to verify if my order was correct, just to find out that the kit I purchased was not compatible for my Audi. I went over the scenario with James and let him know what happened which he replied that whoever I spoke to should have checked my VIN# but nevertheless he was gonna fix the issue for me. James told me that they didn't have the kit for the brand I purchased but they had another kit which was a step up in price and that he was gonna try to sort it out with his manager. James emailed me later that day saying they resolved the issue, and that this new kit will fit 100% (his words) plus he's gonna send it overnight. I was pleased and impressed with the way James handle it. I received the parts the next day and took it to my mechanic. Couple days later my mechanic told me that this new kit does not have the sway bars like the 1st kit I purchased so I told my mechanic to go ahead and get a replacement because I didn't want to bother James again since he responded so well to my issue. A day later my mechanic called me again and told that FCP Euro sent me 2 left rear control arms and they are now at a full stop once again needles to say I was not happy. I contacted FCP Euro and try to get in touch with James to explain what happened but I was only able to leave a message for him to return my call because I was on a time crunch but he only replied to me in emails. It took several emails and pictures for James to understand what duplicate parts was sent to me needles to say I was not met with the same energy from James as the 1st time I called with my issue. I emailed James on the 21st about my incorrect part, but the replacement part was not shipped until the 23rd the mechanic didn't receive the part until the 28th. My car was at the mechanic for about 2weeks which I had to pay a HUGE! Labor charge for each time the mechanic had to put my car on the lift then the time wasted back and forth because the parts was incorrect. I wouldn't have to pay unnecessary labor cost if the parts was verified from the beginning It ended up costing me way more in labor than it should.

They shorted me a timing belt tensioner on my order R088804132 and instead of sending the missing part they just make empty promises.

They keep telling me they have to check inventory with their warehouse – if the count is off! Or someone has to approve the replacement (Story changes every call). Really?!?! Do they think I am going to cheat them out of one of the cheapest items of my order. Check your inventory count but SEND ME MY PART!

After all theses years being a loyal customer they treat me like a common criminal. They tell me every day they are going to overnight the missing and in stock item and yet nothing arrives. Very Very poor.

I was loyal for years even when my orders sometimes arrived looking like packed by a 5yo. With busted open boxes. NO MORE! Time to go somewhere else! I rather pay a few dollars more but have existing customer service, and not just people on phone telling me what I want to hear and then turn around and do nothing about my problem…

I placed and order "R701048878" and I never received complete order and there was a missing part. I called service desk and they sent an item which didn't fit my car. I called again service desk and gave my car VIN number then they said they don't have a right part in stock and asked me to send the item back. After returning the item, they are not giving refund if I ask for refund they say it was a replacement order so no refund. Okay! I didn't get the part in my original order so they sent it and now that didin't fit I am returning the part shouldn't I get refund for it? How can they charge for the part i didnot receive? I never expected this from them.

Used them for 5 years for Audi – all good. Overall opinion = excellent!
Parts were great quality. Their website has a good distinction between GENUINE/OE/OEM.
Prices are normal.
Returns – all good, did a few of those with no problems. Refunds were prompt.
Customer service is awesome and knowledgeable (Phone or email).
Warranty – miraculous lifetime lol, I don't know how they do it. They said most people don't take advantage of them, so that is nice to hear. I know I sure wont return anything if it served me well…
Every now and then they have email promo coupons…
They really need to expand into FCPJapan / FCPAmerica…

FCP has consistently provided me with excellent customer service, going above and beyond the call of duty. Their products are fairly priced, their return policy is generous, and their inventory has been growing over the years. They also package their products really well, and usually deliver early. FCP is definitely going to continue serving as my go-to for VAG parts.

Fcp Euro……you cant go wrong. If your needing stock replacement parts at very competitive prices look no further. I've never had to use their warranty services but I have many friends that have and it's as easy as 123.

Great product selection overall, but I really enjoy the availability of pre-assembled maintenance item kits. Delivery is quick to my home in Massachusetts, and the parts come with a lifetime warranty. What's not great about that?

I have purchased me some parts and recieved as promised origional bmw parts made me feel so great that if I wouldve bought it from bmw dealership and it wouldve cost me An arm and a leg . Idk what else to say , FCP for life and trust me dont buy things for your car from ebay or amazon like I've done it before smh , it's all BS , spend alittle more to get origional parts from fcp that beats bmw dealership or any dealership prices . Love it love it

I have had a horrendous experience with fcp euro. I just ordered a part and 4 it has been sent to the wrong address. The other time they cancelled the order for reasons unknown to even themselves. Another time I ordered a part and called them within 15mins to cancel the order and never heard from them until the part arrived and they said it had already been processed. My last experience made me an ECS tuning lifetime member

I ordered a part from this company. I didn鈥檛 get an email for my order until the next day. Waited a couple of days for the part to ship. Waited a week, waited some more, until I had to follow up with the tracking number. The part was actually not in stock, waiting for the supplier, as they told me they dropship some parts and they have to wait for the other company to ship. Really horrible experience. Now I have to cancel the order and try to get it from some other company that actually has the part. This store it鈥檚 ridiculous. Please don鈥檛 state in your website that you have the part and ready to ship when you really don鈥檛. That鈥檚 is very misleading advertising.
