the arrangement that I ordered and had delivered to my wife was absolutely gorgeous. I spoke to a customer service representative on the phone before and after placing my order and she was very helpful with helping me make a decision as well as ensuring that the details of my order were accurate. She also assured me the arrangement would be a great gift – and she was right! My wife loved them. Great service and incredible style!

I had to be out of town this year for Valentines鈥?Day, so I sent my wife a surprise bouquet of long-stemmed red roses and a card. I sent both through FDE, and even though it was Valentines鈥?Day, which is basically the busiest floral-delivery day of the year, FDE STILL made my delivery on time and as I had ordered, which totally made my wife鈥檚 Valentines鈥?Day one she will remember.

My wife and I were celebrating our 15-year anniversary. I was taking her to her favorite restaurant and I wanted to have her favorite roses delivered. I ordered a two-dozen batch of roses to be sent to the restaurant on the night of our reservations. Because I had never used Wesley Berry before, I was really worried they would screw up. But I was wrong. Not only did they arrive at the correct address, date, and time, they were sitting atop the table when we arrived. What a HUGE surprise for her and what a relief for me. ! I will definitely be ordering from Flower delivery express again!

My wife and I have been through a rough patch together recently, and I wanted to send her something that said 鈥淚鈥檓 Sorry鈥?and to remind her that I still love her no matter what. A close friend of mine recommended Wesley Berry, so I visited their website and gave them a call to place an order. I made sure to also include a card. She received them later that day – four hours after I placed the order, in fact. I came home to a very happy wife, and hopefully a much happier life with her. Thanks, Wesley!

Everything was easy and simple. Delivery time was postponed, so they gave me credit and verbal apology. Very good business.

Everything was great except I was bothered by the fact when I payed almost $75 in total and thought same day shipping came with that price. I was told it would be shipped the next day instead. However, they did arrive and she loved the bouquet. That's all that matters.

Ordered some yellow roses, they were absolutely beautiful!

I've ordered from Wesley Berry twice now and each time was a great experience. The flowers arrived promptly without complication and each recipient loved their bouquet. It's the only place I'll ever order flowers from.

Do not under any circumstances fall for their tactics. This company in scamming everyone. The flowers ordered are not what is delivered, the show a "sale" price but then upon check out the price mysteriously increases by $50. I ordered funeral arrangements and was completely embarrassed by what they sent. The order was supposed to be one white arrangement and one white and yellow arrangement. I got two bouquets of cheap wild flowers. Disgusting. They offered me a credit of $100.00, $50 for each bouquet. When I go to use them they just raise the "regular price" of an item and they want to charge $64.00 on an item marked on sale at $29.99. This is unacceptable, a scam if ever there was one.

my son ordered flowers for his girlfriends birthday. They go to school together and are home for summer break. He was excited to get to surprise her with flowers and chocolates. Not only were there a ton of hidden fees but nothing has ever been delivered. Flower Delivery Express was super quick and efficient in charging my card!

So…Today I placed an order for same day delivery online…then read the reviews after the pament went through. I immediately called to ensure that my $65 did not just vanish. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was put off by the fact that I was asked 3 times to state my concerns before they finally transferred my call. This was an important order as I wanted to apologize to a friend of mine…TODAY! I did wait on the line for a bit…but Jose (I can't remember his ID #) picked up the line and I explained that I was not filing a complaint…but after reading reviews was looking for a solid answer as to if the flowers ordered would be coming in. I was still in the mindset that I had been scammed as he told me that he could call the florist…but could not get me in touch with the florist myself…or tell me who the florist I would be sending out the order. He was patient with all the questions I asked over and over…and listened to me state…OVER AND OVER…how important it was that the flowers and card be delivered TODAY. He put me on hold as he contacted the florist….and I did wait a bit…but he kept getting back on the line to apologize for the hold time. Told me that the florist did receive the order in time and would be on the last delivery they send out. I had him repeat himself a couple times. Even after he assured me that the order would come today…I was still checking reviews and my email for confirmation from the florist. I never got the confirmation….but the flowers did show up…and are beautiful. The price was a bit steep…and yeah I could have gotten them cheaper if I went and got them myself…but that was not an option…and was worth the extra $ for being on short notice. Everything is good right now…but I was still very uneasy until I KNEW they arrived as I could not track the order online (the link did not work) and could not get an ETA. I usually do not write reviews…but I was so sure after reading so many…that I got scammed.
TLDR: Ordered…got charged..read reviews…sh!t a brick…until all ends well. Maybe I'm just lucky on a bad luck day.

The flowers were delivered the day AFTER Mother's Day. I wouldn't be so upset, but the bouquet that arrived were 12 tulips sticking out of a vase. For $126 (after free shipping and "$40 off coupon"). They looked nothing like the picture online, and the description on the website never mentioned the low number of flowers.

This is an unacceptable charge for the product received. Well noted.

This florist is not legitimate. Their website offers deep flower discounts and free delivery and then almost doubles the order cost by adding on 4 separate hidden, undisclosed charges that comparable florists do not have. Their undisclosed charges almost doubled the cost of the initial flower order. Immediately after the order receipt displayed, I phoned the merchant twice to cancel the order, cancelled a 3rd time through their webmail and cancelled a 4th time through an email address provided on their website. Regardless of my cancellations, they delivered and charged me for flowers I had immediately cancelled.

I sent some flowers to my daughter-in-law.
I wanted nice ones, so I upgraded to the more expense size.

That is totally Bogus!
You try and use that credit and somehow wind up paying MORE
than regular prices from better florists.

This company stinks.
NEVER order from them unless you want to waste your money,
be embarrassed by sending UGLY – dead flowers AND spend Way too much.
How else can I say it…HORRIBLE !

They promised to deliver my order on Saturday. It's Tuesday, and still no delivery. Their customer service is one big run around. Nightmare.

Unreliable and disappointing. Paid over a $100 for 3 stems of twisted damaged lilies of indeterminate color shoved into a jam jar and an expired box of chocolates. Paid for greeting card. No card was received. Order was a day late and left out in the cold. The "arrangement", if you can call three stems of lilies an arrangement, did not resemble the ordered flowers in any shape or form. They also looked like they were pulled from the trash, torn and yellowed. So unbelievably dishonest. Do not order flowers from this company under any circumstances. Instead, find a well reviewed florist near the recipient and call or email the florist directly.
