The FAMR group was nothing short of excellent. The process was flawless and quick and easy. It is an overwhelming set of guidelines to follow and get all of the paperwork correct and we deamed it an impossible task without you guys

Everyone was very helpful, but I really needed help through the next part of the process of applying for contracts through the government. Any way anyone can help? I've requested this through email but only got a link, which wasn't that helpful.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I paid for the SAM registration with my credit card. When I talked to the FAMR registration person they said I had to sign up for 2 years which I did. They assured me that the first charge would be credited and only have the second charge. Now I see both charges on my credit card so I got to go through the hassle of getting it corrected. Other than than…great job.
