What is happening to FEDEX?? Everything seems late lately. We had 2 fresh food boxes delivered 1 day late and then 2 days late. And of course the food was rotted. Is it just in our area? We live in Pensacola FL.

I ordered an item to be fed ex in two days. The item was shipped immediately and has been sitting two town away from the delivery address for mor than a month. Their tracking system stinks. If I could rate them -5 stars, I would. You can鈥檛 blame Covid forever.

My package was in Memphis TN for weeks then it said it's on it's way but again that was on May 22nd and it's now June 8th. On the website I ordered from says something entirely different. I contacted their cs and got a response like so fast but with fedex I haven't been able to talk to anyone except an automatic operating system.

I had a order coming from Puma(worst company ever) delivered by FedEx. Delivery was suppose to get here5/18/20. Tracker shows in TN. Today is 6/3/20 it shows still in TN. FedEx lost my package. Now I have to put in a claim and wait God knows how long to get my money back. The Worst two companies in the world. PUMA AND FEDEX

I really wish everyone would decline the use of FedEx and put them in bankruptcy. This is a company that has no ethics at all. They lie, make up excuses, and blow smoke up your as-. Last 5 deliveries to my home alone consisted of ; no delivery at all, 3-5 day delays consistently for a required signature, a delivery off schedule requiring a signature that was just dropped off without a signature ( this was over a 5 day delay that was revised every day claiming that it would arrive on that day. As a result, I was stuck at home for 5 entire days waiting because of a required signature. Then the sent some guy in a Crack car on a Sunday off schedule who declined to have me sign for the package); a damaged item that was left right in front of a garage door. Had I decided to leave my home, I would have backed my car out right over it. If I鈥檓 having these kinds of issues on every delivery, either I鈥檓 being intentionally targeted by Fed Ex or this is a clear representation of how Fed Ex does business. Either way people should really start boycotting their company. I鈥檓 am going to ask sellers on delivery options prior to purchases. Maybe after having sales declined other businesses will stop using them. I truly can鈥檛 say anything positive about the experiences I鈥檝e had with Fed Ex. Truly the worst, dishonest, self serving company out there.

I previously wrote a one star review. A package that was out to ship….and again..out to ship.
After calling twice trying to get my package….they did it.
It was delivered. A driver in a rental truck stated Albany is very busy and behind. This man was from a different FedEx location and was helping
With deliveries. So someone realized there was a need and took action.

I want to publicly apologize for my review of Fedex. Not more than 20 min after I posted it a van pulls up with my order on SATURDAY morning! They knew I was unhappy on Friday and even though I was told it would be at best Monday, it showed up in perfect order. I have no complaints. They went out of their way to take care of me and AFTERALL isn't that what we all want. So rip me up for saying so I don't mind cuz FedEx proved they're the BEST!

They have lost a firearm that I purchase and said it was delivered my FFL dealer tried to reach out to them and explain that it hasn鈥檛 arrived, theyGradually brush that off and said well we don鈥檛 have it. Well good thing about Documents. But bad choice for important business

I have been a loyal FedEx customer for many years. I recently needed to change the address on my FedEx account from my no-longer-valid U.S. address to an Israeli one and to register for tracking updates for a particular shipment that is on its way to me. I called FedEx and an operator named Mary put me through to its International department. After a long wait I reached an agent named Charlie, who spoke with a very heavy Spanish accent, which made it quite difficult for me to understand him. Charlie kept me waiting on the line for almost half an hour. When he finally came back he told me to call their billing department. It turned out he meant the Revenue Services department. When I called the Revenue Services department I reached a lady named Becky who kept me waiting for a very long time and finally said she had updated my address but could not update my payment information, even though it was complete and accurate. She said she could not send me a screen shot of any error message either. This left me without being able to use my account to order pickups and pay for shipments. Becky then put me through to their technical support department, where an agent named Tim took my call, but the lines were crossed, my call got tangled up with their automatic telephone survey from the previous call, and Tim vanished from the line. All I heard after that was recorded messages. I called the FedEx Technical Support Department once more and get switched by an agent named Brandon to another named Anthony who registered me for the updates of my shipment. I then e-mailed John Ackerson, an executive support specialist at the company鈥檚 Executive Services who had dealt with my FedEx issues before, about this. The only reply was an automatic one asking me to call a telephone number where he cannot be reached, only his voice mail. I then wrote Fred Smith, the CEO. All I got were automated replies that said my messages had been received and giving me case numbers. One of them even said 鈥淲e are reviewing your email to determine whether or not it contains fraudulent websites.鈥?[sic!] During my last call to their billing department I reached a haughty agent named Christine who interrogated me aggressively about my personal information. When I asked her whether she wanted my U.S. or Israeli information, she replied, 鈥淚 am asking the questions here!鈥?In short, terrible service and a total lack of responsibility and responsiveness.
