Fedex

wanted a parcel to go from dubai to qatar, got a price from fedex, arranged commercial invoice and HS code, fedex came and picked up the package. next day fedex phone up and say "they dont deliver to qatar" how incompetent do you have to be to go through all that before you realise you dont deliver there. a complete waste of several days of our time. totally stupid. And then to finish off they ask where we want it returned to! back to where it was collected from. they needed us to send the address again as they had no idea where they picked it up from.
